Review 4：The chatty, friendly owner Gareth ensured we were given a Cead Mile Fáilte upon arrival by having the heat and lamps on when we arrived in the afternoon. Such a nice thing to do after a very long drive! Nice touches throughout like the basket of books beside the fire and endless dvds to use at our leisure. We did not want for anything as everything from washing up liquid, toiletries, towels and tea-towels were provided. House was so snug and cozy, great insulation! The elevated site with surrounding views from the upstairs bedroom make it especially attractive. I have recommended it to all my friends already and it’s only a short distance to Donegal Town. Great place to use as a base when exploring further e.g. Slieve League Cliffs and such a bargain. Gareth went out of his way to ensure our stay was a pleasant one.
Review 5：The beds were not very comfortable and seeing as we went in March, the cottage was kept pretty chilly. This would be a perfect spot for warmer months though and I will definitely stay here again!
Review 6：The cottage has amazing views of lake and mountains, very remote feeling but close to city centre. The full kitchen allowed us to make our own meals as well. The owner is so friendly and accommodating.

The setting, looking into Donegal Bay is picturesque to say the least.The cottage itself is immaculate.From the soft furnishings to the beds to the cleanliness of the whole interior. We will definitely stay here again and we have already advised all of our friends of this amazing find.
Review 9：There was nothing i didn't like, if I had to choose something it would be that the cottage was a little tricky to find. Just make sure you clearly understand Mr Browne's direction's.
Review 10：Clean and spacious cottage. Short drive from Donegal, pretty remote and quiet location. Wish we could have stayed more nights.
Review 11：No telephone, owner controls heat only 2 hr in the morning and 2 at night. After agreeing to increase it by an hour on the 2nd day, nothing changed and we were so cold we couldn't sit in the cabin. The owner said he would provide rides there and back and ride into town morning we left, but never followed through. Only provided one ride out, taxis cost us 66 euros for three days. Owner lives in manor house next door and never bothered to check in with us. 21 day advance cancellation policy not very good. Not recommended.
