Review 1：Sister hotel was promoted as an opportunity to use swimming pool and other facilities, but was very poor and uninviting.

Review 4：The location is perfect. The verandas have spectacular views. The rooms were super clean. The staff greeted us by name when we walked in the lobby.

Review 7：The hotel is kept well, but it is somewhat aging - we had hard time with closing the sliding the door of our bath room which was very small (no bath tub). I would add more shelves over the toilet to keep the used (or freash) towels (there is place for this - otherwise towels drop on the wet floor all the time!). I would add more decorations on the walls of the room, and - may be - more shelves - there is not enough place to keep your belongings (especially when you travel with two large suite cases for a long time). Wi-Fi is very slow, very unreliable - only one device/one person can use it at the same time. I would love one more working place also. And a tea/coffee pot in the room. The hotel does not have its own parking slot - the nearest public parking is very busy and you may end up parking your car in the port area - in 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel (expecially, when/if you come back to the hotel after 5 p.m.). There might be very noisy at night time - as there are plenty of restaurants on the bankment which work till c. 2-3 a.m. in the morning - so, you better keep the balckony doors shut all the the evenings. The hotel is sort of Hi-Tech - everything (curtains, all lights etc.) is controlled by numerous buttoms located everywhere in the rooms - but you forget which one is for what function in 5 secs (though they explain it to you) - and it takes sometime several minutes to figure out how to shut curtains, doors or lights in the room - noone needs this aging excessive hi-tech a la 1960s!

Review 8：Excellent location - near the sea coast, near the center - but not in the middle of crowed area. We had room with gogeous sea view on the harbour and the island with old fort - a balckony with two chairs (actually, a small table on the balckony would not hurt). You can smoke on the balckony. There are two Russian speaking TV channels. There are large halls, common areas with small library, open terraces where you can sit at nights, read, have cup of coffee or wine, or socialise with other people - if you wish. Stylish.

Review 31：First of all this should NOT be a 5 star hotel. Of coure they provide you with any services you need - always at extra cost, even though you pay 200 euro per night - but there is no gym, no swimming pool (required for 5 star), they don't even have a proper place to store your luggage. The room was very small - the smallest room we've ever been to, even compared to 4 or 3 star hotels. It had old AND destroyed furnishings, which in my opinion should be unacceptable in hotel which describe itself as one of "The Leading Hotels in the World". In bathroom the wooden blind had broken part, there were stains on countertop and near the bathtub. The worst of all was the smell, probably from the sewerage. The minibar was out of order and everything in it was extra charge - even water. There is no table on the balcony. This hotel could have been luxurious, but 30 years ago. Now, it seems that they do what they can, but it really needs reconstruction and restoration in rooms. I do not reccomend it. It is not worth the price.

Review 88：I mentioned in my reservation that i would like a room with balcony but they gave me a room on a higher floor without balcony. Didn't matter much as all the rooms have floor to sealing doors that open to a beautiful view and fresh air.

Review 89：The location it's the best. Wonderful view to Burzi fortress but also in the old city center. Just 2 min away from Syntagma Square, all the interesting streets, bars, restaurants ad taverns. The rooms are very pretty, though quite small but the big windows and the beautiful view helps. They have all the amenities required in a 5*, slippers, hair drier, bath ropes etc. The breakfast its very good, fresh and offers a big variety. The staff it's very friendly and king, helping you will all the info you might need. Mini bar fully stacked and free wireless in the room. I truly believe this is the best hotel in Nafplio.

Review 96：We were, in general, disappointed with the standard of this hotel, however, a few things were particularly disappointing. We didn't have a functioning fridge/mini-bar or TV in our room. The solution offered to us was that anything cold we required could be brought to our room, not exactly a convenient solution, particularly if we wanted some water in the middle of the night. In addition to this, there being mould around the bathtub, the tap water was brown. There were also cigarette burns on the floor. The concierge was very rude and,for our inconvenience, their gesture was to compliment us with whatever we had taken out of the (warm) fridge/mini-bar (before we realised it was broken), which was a can of Sprite and a small bottle of water. Not good enough, and, to our surprise, we were still charged for our room service, which was a mere 14 Euros!! No apology or gesture of goodwill, which is quite shocking that in this day and age, in a beautiful town which prides itself in tourism. Complete lack of customer service.
