Review 1：The staff was very friendly and was also very flexible with the shuttle. I would recommend this hotel over those nearer to the airport because paying 5 euro for a reliable shuttle ride is worth it with the savings for the cost of the room.
Review 2：It's in the middle of nowhere between industrial zones so the only reason to stay here is overnight near airport BUT they don't have 24H reception. MORE they just don't answer the phone after 22! We spend 1 hour trying to find them and NONE from the hotel was interested to assist us by phone! Finally we had to pay eur15 to a local taxi driver for showing us the direction. And the hotel... charged us extra eur10 "for late check-in". Worst service I can imagine. And it's cold inside. So I'm not interested why, just NEVER go there again.

Review 15：The staff was outstanding in terms of customer service. They ordered pizza for us and it was sent to our room - very convenient for my last night in Italy. We were also able to buy a bottle of wine. The size of the room and terrace were exceptional value for the price. The airport pickup and drop off for 5 euros was very convenient. And the complimentary breakfast with an espresso/cappuccino maker was terrific!

They advised me a great pizzeria at only 5 minutes walking from the hotel. I definitely come back again when I'm in Milan for business.

Review 25：The reception closes at 22. Be aware of it because in the Booking site is not very clear. The hotel sent me a mail to inform me about it but it went into the spam folder. Just by luckyness I saw it. Water of the shower in the morning didn't reach the normal temperature, was a bit cold. Room a bit cold in temperature. Simple breakfast.
Review 26：Easy to reach (with the GPS) and fast and easy to drive to the airport MXP. Clean. Not practical like a normal hotel but enough good for an overnight stay during flights. Parking on site.

Review 29：I reached malpensa airport late evening and was not able to travel to milan city centre that time. So unfortunately i had to spend a night near malpensa. Since it was the time of Milan Expo and the Milan Fashion Week, everything was very full and expensive. I got this apartment room of MXP on the site for €110 and had no other choice but to book it. When I reached the place, i told the manager Mr. Alexio that since i just wanted to spend a night, a small n more economical room would be a good option for me and luckily he did that for me. Cordinated with the booking.com and amended my booking for a room which was not even available on the site. Also I didn't have any hotel in milan. So next morning when i left for milan, mr. Alexio ringed up a few hostels and hotels for me trying to find a place for me before i reach milan.
Review 30：Family run business. Pleasant staff, courteous, helpful, efficient. I think the guest house was converted by the family from a factory or storage facility to a well designed, modern and comfortable facility. Set in a pleasant village, it is clean, well equiped and close to airport at a reasonable price. The shuttle was only €5. Double glazing on windows so no noise from outside.

Review 32：We wanted to particularly mention Alessio wonderful hospitality, he went out of his way to see that the room we received had no 'smokey' residue from the previous inconsiderate guests who had smoked in the room, and again went an extra mile to ensure our last night in Italy was enjoyed by booking us a lovely restaurant and even dropping us off on his way home!! The bed was extremely comfy and the apartment immaculately clean, if we return to the Milan area, we would not hesitate to book in again, we would probably bring our own toast and something not so sweet though, as we are not fond of just sweet items for breakfast...this is our personal opinion, others may love a sweet treat in the morning!

Review 70：At first we thought the hotel was great, big spacious place with a good price. The issue we had was after we checked out they blamed us for a hole in the shower that was there before we checked in. The shower was in bad shape and to try to charge us for something we didn't do was in very poor taste. I am very disappointed as we were planning on staying here again in the next few weeks.

Review 88：Our GPS device took us through alleys and when "she" said to "turn onto the unpaved road", we were quite concerned. The hotel needs to put a GPS friendly address on their website (The clerk explained to me that this has happened to other guests.) or simply say the hotel is off the A8. Additionally, our room was a bit dark and some bleach on the floor of the shower would go a long way to remove the mold in the corners.

Review 99：This place is homely and like a block of units. Everything you needed for an overnight stay. Make sure you notify owner to be picked up from airport as NO TAXI wants to take you as it is too close to the airport and they want the big bucks to go to Milan as it is over 1 hour away.

The lady at reception told us of local restaurants or offered to phone for pizza delivery which given the weather is what we opted for. Fantastic pizza and cheap. All in all it was just what we needed when getting a flight the next day. Friendly staff, clean,spacious and freshly decorated. I would definitely stay there again
