Review 1：Having to pay additional for parking -€10 a day. My fault for bringing a car, it's really not needed around Como. Not a fault of th hotel, but th roads around this side of the lake are very very narrow, quit scary at times in a large car.

Review 2：We stayed in one of the apartments which was very large and had a beautiful view of the lake. It has only been open for 1 season so far so everything was new and lovely. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was probably the best we had on our 4.5 week trip. Price was reasonable for th quality.

Review 3：We stayed here on the first leg of our honeymoon and it was pure luxury and hospitality. The staff were amazing. They were attentive at the patio bar, helped us to pick delicious wine. At the front desk the receptionist called 5 different wineries to schedule our visit. Hands down the best and most personal service I've experienced at this level of luxury hotel. I cannot wait to return.

Review 8：The location right on the lake was beautiful, our room with a large balcony was outstanding and the standard of cleanliness superb. Every member of the staff were very friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I am on a gluten and lactose free diet and the chef was happy to cook meals especially for me.

Review 9：The location is a bit distant. Lezzeno is a small village and it's a 30-40 minute taxi ride to Como (ignore Bellaggio!).

Review 13：It's a new boutique Hotel/Apartment complex right on the shore of the Lake with beautiful facilities. We stayed in a modern two bedroom apartment with breathtaking views from the balcony. The front office and restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our stay. Special thanks to the Manager, Alesandro, for making our wedding Anniversay so special!

Review 14：No good restaurants near by. Had to travel into Bellagio for dinner each evening, which was a £25 Euro taxi ride one way.

Review 15：The service was excellent,this made our 3 night stay. The decor was stunning and all the staff especially David looked after us so well. Hopefully return next year when the weather a little warmer.

Review 16：I booked a villa as part of a birthday surprise for my girlfriend. The setting was incredible overlooking the lake and with the mountains in the background. Waking up listening to the lapping of the waves was the icing on the cake. All the members of staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They always made excellent suggestions for things to do, restaurants and nothing was ever too much trouble. They even prepared a small cake that they hid in my fridge so I could surprise my girlfriend! Honestly this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had and I would strongly recommend a stay here!

Review 18：The view from the room was spectacular. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was most helpful in giving directions and taking care of the little things. The rooms are modern with nicely appointed bathrooms including a walk-in shower.

Review 19：My husband and I just returned from a vacation for our 10th Anniversary. We absolutely loved it. The location and style of this hotel are extraordinary. The view from the room is absolutely priceless. The staff is warm and helpful in every way. Federica, Ligya and Elena were great guides at the desk and Allesandro and David were gracious hosts at the restaurant. This stay was a slice of heaven and we couldn't have enjoyed it any more than we did.

Review 20：A dream hotel in excellent location. We stayed in a room with a lake view and it was just incredible. Immaculate design, very tasteful and beautiful room. If you are looking for a romantic holiday or very relaxed one, yoi should defenitely consider staying in Filario. Falling asleep and waking up with a sounds of waves with beautiful view was just a dream. We definitely coming back :)

Review 23：It wasn't a problem... But the location , which is about 15 minutes drive from Bellagio and other towns of interest , means that it's best to have a car to tootle around. Taxis are few and you have to pre-order them by 30 minutes.

Review 45：A very stylish contemporary hotel with stunning views over Lake Como from every aspect especially the infinity pool. Staff were so attentive and happy! We loved the fresh fruit, breads and eggs and bacon at breakfast. A perfect start to our trip exploring the Italian Lakes.

Review 46：A few teething problems with this new hotel resort but overall a brilliant place to stay. The General Manager did his best to assist - but the Wifi is not great. We also stayed during an extremely hot period of weather - and the AC in one of the bedrooms was not functioning well.

Review 48：Check in is at 4pm..check out at 11am..when we came at 1pm the room was not ready.. So the hotel does take these hours literally.. The reception staff not that friendly, the hotel tried to arrange a boat for us but after waiting 45 minutes in the sun, we realized they didn't book properly, and there was no boat. Better not to trust reception in arranging activities.

Review 65：The road to get to the hotel is quite narrow in places and the locals, knowing the road, can add even more challenges as they drive at speed unused by the nervous visitor! It's an 18 minute drive to Belagio, the nearest town with ferries, restaurants, shops etc. A boat taxi would maybe be a better mode of transport but details were not available. See next comment. It would have been a great benefit if there had been information on what was on in the area available in the room rather than have to ask at reception. So Google the area before you arrive rather than use the intermitant internet of the hotel. Please note the quirky elevator numbering system!!! I say no more than it's quirky!!!

Review 66：The staff are wonderful and very helpful from a happy smile on arrival to an almost tearful goodbye!!! The bed and bedding are at the top of their range. Amongst the best hotel quality. The rooms are earthy toned which works well with the backdrop of Lake Como. Bistro food is well prepared and presented and served with pride. A very quiet location with wide views of the lake.

However we had no need to be, everything was perfect from the rooms and views to the food and the staff. We had only booked for 2 nights but wished we were staying longer and will certainly return. A special thank you to the General Manager Alessandro and all his staff, who works so hard and went out of their way to help us, even when we had just a slight problem with our car.
