Eva La Romantica enjoys a quiet location just 500 feet from the sea, surrounded by citrus and olive groves. Renovated in 2008 Eva provides modern accommodations in an unspoiled area.
A great alternative to the busy and expensive resorts up the coast in the Cinque Terre, from here Portofino and the other towns are easy to visit by train or boat, as is the famous Via dell’Amore coastal footpath.
Moneglia itself has pretty colored houses typical of the region and a beautiful beach which you will find just a 5 minute walk away from Eva La Romantica. The sea here is perfect for snorkeling and you can go on walks or bike rides in the surrounding countryside.
Inside Eva La Romantica you will find a 2nd-floor terrace bar offering lovely views, a reading lounge with foreign-language books available, an internet point and a great restaurant. Enjoy typical traditional food including delicious seafood dishes. Special menus are available for children and those with special requirements.

Review 1：The friendly helpful owners, the quiet location & undisturbed good sleep; good food, the town with lovely setting, quaint shops & restaurants, promenade & walks, safe feel to the area
Review 2：No A/C as it can get quite warm in the room. The have a small boiler and you can run out of hot water during the shower

Review 6：Our stay at Eva La Romantica was a major highlight of our trip through Liguria! The warm hospitality of the owners made us feel as though we were part of the family, and we loved the location--I miss the little private pathway down to the center of town. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, and charming, exactly what we needed. Loved breakfast on the patio. If we return to Moneglia, this is where we'll stay!

Review 9：The room was small. The TV was very small. Walls were paper thin and we could hear the voices of people in the other room. Noise of train can be a big problem for people with sensitive sleep.May be Italy or that region in particular is so expensive, as for the same price, one can easily stay in a 4 star hotel in other countries like Germany and Spain etc. Breakfast was OK. I wonder why have people rated the breakfast as very good. May be they haven't been to other places.
Review 10：Its Location. Moneglia is located just 20 min in train from Chinque terra. Unlike Chinque Terra, the town is very peaceful, calm and not crowded. Ekom is located near the hotel.
Review 11：Trains passing by the whole night, noisy due to the poor sound proof isolation, bad breakfast, no terrace or nice view, parking should be paid on top of the price of the room even if it is empty, too expensive

Access to public transport was difficult, the train station as the crow flies was very close but to get there you have to go down a hill and walk up a steep hill which if you are young and fit is probably not a problem but it was for us. There are no taxis. I feel the hotel should have more info easily available for buses. The shower cabinet is extremely small and we are not big people.

Review 46：The bathroom is shared, but only among two rooms. We didn't encounter any problems with that. Breakfast is at a bar nearby. They were very nice as well, but it seemed not all the staff knew the details of the arrangement with the B&B.
Review 47：The B&B is in a quiet residential area, not very far from the center. The room was nice and spacious, and the room and bathroom were very clean (and are cleaned every day). The lady that runs the place was very nice and eager to help. Good value for money and a great place to stay to visit Turin.
