Review 1：We loved it all.

Review 2：Cecilia was an excellent hostess. She arranged dinner and transportation to a local restaurant, provided suggestions and directions, chauffered us to/from the airport, and provided a delicious breakfast. We loved Hotel Visconti and now consider Cecilia a dear friend.

Review 3：It was a little bit hard to find. In a residential neighborhood and you have to call to have the gate opened so that you can get on the property. If you are arriving late, I would recommend that you call ahead. Once you are checked in, you are provided with a gate opener so you can come and go as you please.

Review 4：Nice place to stay near Malpensa. Comfy room and good breakfast. It feels like a big house with lots of rooms but has the privacy of a hotel.

Review 5：I thought the bed was hard and uncomfortable. However, my husband thought it was fine. Also, we were given a room meant for the handicapped. Thus the shower and toilet were a bit odd.

Review 9：Closeness to the airport yet with the feeling of being in suburbia lovely and quiet. Cecilia went above and beyond to help get our hire car delivered back and booked us into a restaurant for dinner and then came and picked us up.

Review 10：We needed fuel and the only gas station we could find was closed, except for the self serve option. Not speaking Italian, we had no idea how to operate the gas pump. The hotel owner, Cecilia, lead us to the gas station and operated the self serve action for us. She also made a dinner reservation for us at a local restaurant. She was extremely helpful and far beyond what we had expected.

Review 11：This tidy hotel is in a residential neighborhood which did not have nearby (meaning we could walk to) Metro, restaurants, or shopping, so we had to rely on the hotel shuttle service for the one day/night we were there before flying out. On the contrary, if we had a car for autonomy this would be a decent location to launch explorations and a great place to come home to.

Review 12：The proprietor, Miss Cecilia, engaged us prior to our visit and continued to be thoughtful, kind, gave us good advice, and shuttled us around. I asked about a cup of tea and she brought a full tray of supplies and a kettle (for a modest fee), including several quality teas. The breakfast had more variety than we could take advantage of. (I took photos.) And you must see the bathroom floor. Fun!

Review 13：The location, in the backyard of the owner's home, in a neighborhood without shops or places to eat, was challenging. It wasn't obvious to me during booking that the hotel was about 10 minutes from the airport and situated in a suburban setting.

Review 18：The bed was very comfortable and lovely bed linen and towelling. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Picked up and delivered to airport by Cecelia who arranged for pick up and collection to a local restaurant - what more could you ask for.

Review 19：Finding the hotel can be a problem without GPS. The secure parking can be a hassle as you have to get the staff to open the security gates, and they are not always immediately available. The best thing is to go to the front entrance first, then move the car once you have checked in. There is absolutely no sign for the hotel at the gated entrance, not even on the intercom button, but then Italy is famous for poor signage!

Review 22：Cecelia is a wonderful hostess and goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her guests. This was our second visit and we would definitely stay again. The rooms are spotlessly clean, she provided gracious transport to get dinner after a late arrival and again got us off to the airport early in the morning. She makes a WONDERFUL cappuccino, and lovely breakfast and makes each guest feel at home. She is just lovely!

Review 23：We needed a place close to the airport with parking for our car and this hotel was perfect for that. The owner is most helpful, friendly and kind. The room was more than adequate, comfortable, quiet and clean. Very good value.

Review 24：Cecilia met us at the train station, even though our train was late and didn't arrive until after 10:30 PM. She had told us that restaurants would be closed but that we could still get a pizza. En route to the hotel we asked her if we could get a pizza (since we hadn't had any dinner) so she made arrangements to drop us at a pizzeria and have the owner take us back to the hotel after we ate. The pizza was delicious and when we got to the hotel (around midnight ), she was waiting for us and had put our luggage in the room. Our international flight was at 9:00 AM, so we settled on a plan to have coffee at 6:45AM and get to the airport at 7:00AM. She was up, made us a delicious coffee, and drove us to Malpensa, which is about 10 minutes away. She could not have been any more gracious and helpful to us. And the bed was extremely comfortable. If you need to stay near Malpensa, this is the way to go. Bravo Cecilia.

Review 26：The staff arrived at Malpensa within 15 minutes of our phone call. Quick ride to the Hotel. Very clean, great breakfast, and the staff spoke English which helped. We would highly recommend this and we hope to return!

Review 34：This hotel is not far from Malpensa, and the owner's willingness to provide transportation back and forth was a real plus. We had a lovely room with a nice balcony. Breakfast and internet were free and very good. We were referred to a great little inexpensive place for dinner and really enjoyed the meal. Transportation there and back was also provided! We would stay again...a much better and more authentic experience than staying at the Malpensa Sheraton!!!

Review 35：Hard to find, poor signage, although Cecelia is very obliging with shuttling. If you drive, call when you are near to get instructions or shuttle.

Review 37：This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is ideal if you have a flight from Malpensa. The owners are very warm and gracious. The rooms are nicely designed in a very good value.

The hotel is one of the cleanest places i've ever stayed in. This place is so quiet. The staff were just amazing. The breakfast has a nice selection of items that i normally eat (no eggs/beacon, etc.). i'd definitely rate it over 9.7.

Review 66：This is an ideal hotel for anyone having an early flight out of Milan Malpensa airport, being located 10 minutes from that facility. The lady who runs it is very helpful for local restaurants etc. Don't be put off by the location which is in a residentual area as the hotel is a separate building on her property. Good breakfast included. She also will provide transporttion to the airport. I don't think it can be beat for value.

I really liked the fact that the hotel is in a rural setting and not at the airport, The family work very hard to make the whole experience hassle free.

We were traveling with 75 year old parents and she picked us up at a local restaurant so they didn't need to walk back to the hotel. The hotel was remarkably spotless and cheery.

Review 76：Very good service from the owner who was friendly to us. She was helpful in our need to order the taxi to the city and in the end of our visit took us to the airport free of charge. Its being very near the Malpensa airport and the presence of a free airport shuttle service makes it ideal for travelers doing a quick stopover. Although it's ~800m to the nearest restaurant, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from it. I had ordered a pizza that was delivered to the hotel and not only did the owner help to order it, she also served it on a plate with the necessary utensils - a very thoughtful gesture. Much appreciated!

Review 99：It was a charming B&B close to the Milan airport (Malpensa). Perfectfor our needs - an early flight the next morning. We were promptlypicked up at the train station and taken to the hotel when we arrivedfrom Milan. The rooms were immaculate, new, and had all of the comfortsneeded, including a large, very well-appointed bathroom. The owner droveus to a local restaurant which was perfect. We had a deliciouscontinental breakfast early the next morning and were driven back to theairport. It was a brief stay, but could not have been more pleasant.Highest marks on all counts.

Review 100：Not easy to get to and from the hotel to Milan, but it is less than 5 min to the airport. If you want a stay near the airport this is the place, but not if you want to stay in Milan.

Review 101：The hotel owner helped me a lot! He attended my needs without extra charges and helped me to get around Milan even though I had less than 12 hours to rest. Place is clean and comfortable, with a marvelous shower, and extra pillows! Exactly what I needed after a long trip.
