Review 1：The staff were fabulous, the hotel lovely the pool even better, brilliant location, close to city centre and opposite the beach and gorgeous grounds. Dining including the breakfast was great. I will definitely be staying there again

Review 4：Very little I didnt like but a suggestion would be to get a small fridge in the rooms. Im sure some may have this facility but ours didnt and as a general family orientated hotel I find kids always want a drink when you least expect it and whilst I enjoyed being on the 4th floor, coming down to the lobby bar for a drink each time was always a bit of a pain !!
Review 5：I cannot put into words everything I like about this hotel but what I can say is that most of the plus points seem to evolve around the wondeful staff working there. Considering we were the only family from the UK during our week stay we always felt looked after and nothing was ever too much trouble and all of the staff tried to help when were struggling to communicate properly. Every evening there was always something going on and the management went out of their way to ensure the experience would be something you would always remember.The rooms are fairly basic but whatever lacked in room facilities was quickly made up by the delighful temperament of the staff from Snr Management to the hotel porter. I especially like the fact that all of the staff were Italian and not imported cheap labour often found in more snobby hotels. Not many of the waiters looked like they should be working in this enviroment but that whats made the experience so real and genuine and no one ever gave you the feeling of false smiles for the customers which was very refreshing. Ive travelled all over the world and can honestly say that this is the first hotel that makes you feel the staff actually enjoy working there which shows immensely in the general participation of each and every employee.
Review 6：Not really a dislike but it could be for many people - we would have preferred it without kids in the swimming pool having lessons when we were trying to relax, sunbathe, swim and read!
Review 7：Really friendly and helpful staff even though we did not speak Italian and they couldn't really speak English - they went out of their way to help us out. The meals were very generous with wine and water included - the help yourself salad buffet before each meal was delicious. Bike hire for EUR1 an hour & large swimming pool
