At the restaurant they wanted to serve so fast that one could not even decide what do do and could not get them to even make a vegetarian meal.

Review 19：The food in the restaurant was excellent but a little pricey. The computers in the lobby had lots of sticky keys and the printer did not work efficiently. Our boarding passes didn't print out adequately, so the manager had us email them to his own computer and printed them for us. When we asked for extra pillows they were delivered to our door within 10 minutes.

Review 20：Bad representation of facilities. Specifically stipulated aircond. Expected climate control, but just like 2 and 3 stars hotel, no aircond. Had to ask 3 times for them to open the window. Temp was 18-19 in the day(late October). Road noise was obvious as my room was facing the road. Requested for high floor and quiet room. Assigned 2nd floor. They then gave me third floor with afternoon sun shining into my room. Suggest they update their webpage as I booked this place primarily for the air conditioning.

Review 21：House keeping staff very helpful. Does her best to understand although she does not speak English. Location near Malpensa airport. Free parking- if you don't drive , there in nothing there. Check in staff not too friendly. Just get her job done and nothing else. Questions were not appreciated or at least that's the way it seems.

Review 24：Staff couldn't be bothered to help. Bellman was to busy cleaning the fountain to assist us in unloading our bags from our rental car or to assist us in carrying them to our room. Not much to do in the vicinity of the airport and hotel had the only restaurant in the area....it did not open for dinner till 7 pm

Excellent tv, with BBC 1 and 2, ITV, CNN and more English speaking foreign channels. Late checkout no problem, at small cost. Quiet inside, considering Grand Prix weekend. Review 99：Finding the shuttle after arriving Malpensa by train was a bit difficult. A long walk. The drive from the hotel to Malpensa was 14 minutes at 8.30 a.m. Make sure to have enough time for the drive and security check at the airport. It took us almost two hours to get from the hotel to our gate because of heavy trafic and the long lines at the airport. Poor Wifi.

Review 105：It is a bit far away from Milan centre, You always have to go to Malpensa airport and catch a train or bus from their to reach the centre which can get very costly, hotel offers a free drop off and pick up service from Malpensa airport which is helpful in this case.

Me and my partner would like to personally thank Alessia the receptionist who always tried her best to explain anything we asked and Riccardo who always went out of his way to find us the best way possible to reach the places we wanted to visit. Review 109：The beds are extremely uncomfortable, they did not provide us feather pillows, even if we asked for them twice, the room was not properly cleaned for the second day (they left a dirty cup with a tea bag on my bedside table, they did not refurbish the shower gel), on Sunday breakfast is over at 10 o’clock and while we were still in the room, the food and the beverages were taken away from the tables. Moreover we arrived at 9 in the evening with 2 kids aged 12 and 10. They refused to give us the prepaid room, since we did not have the IDs of the kids. We travel a lot in Italy and we explained to them that we did not take them with us, because it was never ever requested by any other hotel. All the same they refused to let us occupy the room and refused to refund us the prepaid cost. We proposed to let them have the IDs scans the day after, nevertheless they did not let us in. At the end we managed to have the documents scans by 10.30 in the evening and they let us it (not before having compared me to a gipsy with 5 kids).

Review 135：I think we must have been in some sort of themed room as the floor seemed to be made of lava.. While trying to avoid the molten floor we had to step on chairs and beds to get around the room, while crossing from a chair on to a bed the bed broke which we were then charged for.. Didn't think that was fair as had we not used the furniture to get around the room I have no doubt that we would have died a horrible melty death.

I had to pay with another amount and the funds that they used as guarantee are still blocked!!! What would've happened if I had no extra money on me? Also, rooms are way to small and it does not feel like a 4* facility.
