Review 4：This is an amazing hotel located at the bottom of the ayung valley!!!! You can hear people doing ayung rafting from down the hotel. Fantistic and delicated hotel decorations would make you think you are staying at a Bali palace, even much better the Royal palace we visited :) nice and spacious room, edge less private pool, awesome view! love it! We were greeted by Ayu, a very helpful and friendly girl. Thank you Ayu! Our room was 138, and we highly recommended it - it's neither at the bottom which could be noisy with the rafting nor at the top that requires quite a walk, and it oversees the valley, the ayung river, pavilion, etc.

Review 6：I stayed at The Royal Pita Maha three fantastic nights, it was like a dream. The facilities, private villas with a private swimming pool, the nature around us was wonderful, the staff. Our stay was one on the best trips we ever had, we really enjoyed our choice and stay. We had a one bedroom villa with private swimming pool, being at your villa or swimming is just like you are in a jungle by the river alone with no one else, which is due to the location at the valley and the villas design. Staff were very friendly and responsive. Having the free breakfast at the top floor early in the morning was stunning. This hotel is a wonderful for a honey moon, family, or couples want to spend a time enjoying the nature and relaxing. The SPA was amazing and the facility was an art. I fully recommend this hotel for everyone, those who have difficulties with stairs might not be a good choice. سكنت في هذا الفندق لمدة ثلاث ليالي وكانت من اجمل الأيام. الفندق رائع من حيث الطبيعة حيث يقع في وادي و في اسفلة النهر حيث الطبيعة وصوت خرير مياة النهر تشعرك بانك في غابة وتحيط بك الطبيعة من كل مكان. سكنت في فلة مع مسبح خاص وكانت على ضفة النهر، حيث تتمتع بكامل الخصوصية حتى بالمسبح نظراً لموقع الفلل على سفح الوادي و كذلك تصميم الفلل. طاقم الفندق خدومين. الفطور في اعلى الجبل في الصباح الباكر لا يفوت حيث الطبيعة الخلابة و الجو الخيالي. خدمة السباء اكثر من رائعه حيث تصميم السباء فريد، يستحق التجربة ولكن السعر غالي مقارنة بالأسعار خارج الفندق. انصح بالفندق بقوة ويصلح للعرسان الجدد او لعائلة او زوجين.

Review 7：We didn't mind, but depending on your villa location you may have to climb a lot of stairs. Also, since the resort is located in the jungle by a river, expect to see plenty of small wildlife, sometimes even in your villa :)

Review 8：Spa villa was perfect choice for us. The resort has traditional Balinese style, a unique and breathtaking spa, and impressive landscaping with great views. There are very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Agus Setyawan who was extremely kind and helped us with all our needs, including settling in nicely, planning spa time and local excursions, and even some tips for eating in Ubud. We would definitely come back again.

Review 9：the interior of the room is a bit old. over priced of the room we live-healing room. not sure if other room is better but definitely not going to book this type again and have to consider another hotel if no pic shown for this one.

We had been to another hotel in Seminyak just before Royal Pita Maha and easily see the poor attention to detail, salutation and unfortunately the honestly ( as they gave us price to ride back to airport 40$ And then 45$) which I believe a steep price bcause we came from Seminyak to Ubud with also the other hotels limo for 15$

Review 22：I would like to say the only negative thing I found during my stay is the sanitary level of the bed sheet and pillow. Seems they didn't clean the bedding clothes very carefully, which is a bit of dispoint.

Review 23：The villa is located along the vally of Ayung River, which gives you very good rainforest view if you choose the higher part of villas. The enrivonment and the privacy is so good that you could enirely relax yourself and enjoy the staying in the room or small pool in front of your bedroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They even prepared the gifts for those couples who are enjoying honeymoon at the hotel, quite sweet.

Review 24：TOO MANY STEPS- we had no choice because we had booked a royal spa villa which is the furthest away from reception (be warned!). I would insist on booking a villa near the reception

The private villa was huge and loved the separate TV room area. The pools were very clean and well-kept. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Review 33：Best place in Bali for honeymoon! We got a gorgeous villa with a breath-taking view over the tropical rainforest and the service was beyond excellent. We did not want to leave the hotel at all. Absolute plus: The staff gave us a personalised gift upon departure. Pricy but SO worth it!

Review 34：The air conditioning was not working well upon check-in , i have reported the issue and they came right away to try to fix it. they did. however, the next night we came late and the AC was not working at all. therefore, we couldnt sleep , add to that the major problem which was that we found lizards inside the room right above us (the ceiling) , and this all can be solved by sealing the villa doors which have openings that are quite enough to enable a big insect , lizard , animal , mosquito to get in the villa.

Although it states that there are 4 restaurants. The only one open for dinner is the main & menu is rather limited.

Stayed in 105 & getting to the room was a short climb. Landscape enroute to river at the bottom of resort was a joy as well - I was busy snapping away. Minor gripes but over all I really enjoyed my stay & thank you to the wonderful wedding planners & staff for organising a lovely wedding for my friend & her family from Japan.

Review 47：You can not fault the location -takes your breath away. The room was awesome and so tranquil. We could not have wished for more. My husband and I were renewing our vows and had chosen this hotel on recommendation from a friend who honeymooned here. We could not have asked for more - they accommodated everything we could have possibly wanted. Their attention to detail just blew us away. The only thing was the price. Considering the ceremony only lasted 15 minutes and the photographer was only there for an hour and there was only two of us it was BBBBBBB expensive. Had it not been for the fact we had set our hearts on it we would have walked away. You may suggest that we should have arranged it before we got there. Believe me we tried but they never rang back or emailed. We took a chance and believe me it was worth it all apart from the cost. They had started at twice the price we had agreed finally so my suggestion is to negotiate as. Inch as possible. They make a lot of money because they quote in US dollars and convert that to IDR and then charge you so what you think you are paying is more than is quoted. Such a shame that they believe that people who stay there are just a mechanism for making them rich at the expense of the experience. Such a shame left us with a very bitter taste in our mouths.

Review 94：The views! The staff! The cooking class! Ubud! I had quite a few concerns after reading some reviews here and honestly speaking the Royal Pita was the perfect start to our honeymoon. Just remember it's location and that there are many steps up and down the resort. Make sure to try breakfast down by the river.

Review 106：I stayed during X mas season. There was a kind of X' mas decoration, which we didn't expect at all. What we really hoped was a Balinese atmosphere and culture.

The kindness and the service of the staff, the cleaness of our villa (twice a day), the breakfast, the yoga classes! To be honest, the photos in the hotel's website cannot depict how amazing the hotel is in reality and the pool villas as well. We went to the hotel for our honeymoon! We had the pool villa 140. It was very close to the lobby and the restaurants area and we had panoramic view to the valley and ayung river. While it was so close to all the hotel's facilities, you could felt the privacy and the quitness. In our arrival and in our departure the personnel of the hotel gave us presents! Before visiting the hotel, I had read some reviews and everybody said the best , except some travelers who referred to the insects inside the room. Believe me, I didn't see any bug or insect! In Greece we have much more Mosquitos during summer period! So don't take into consideration any of these type of comments. Everything in Royal Pita Maha was perfect! The organic restaurant was amazing, the Balinese restaurant also nice and had delicious food. The spa area Kirana was the best spa that I have ever been! Excellent treatment, amazing and relaxing environment in the prive treatment villa. We will definitely visit the hotel very soon! I stongly recommend this hotel for your holidays!
