Review 1：A strong and unpleasant odour from a curtain in one room (not the fault of management) was swiftly dealt with as soon as we reported it and an apology extended.

Review 2：This was an excellent location and facility to base ourselves to attend an event on the Sunshine Coast.

Review 3：The view from our balcony was gorgeous. The unit was perfect for our needs and the location was great. Teens could walk to beach, shops, movies, etc. super Market across the road.

Review 4：The staff were always very friendly. We stayed in on of the penthouse apartments and the views were amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and the location.

Review 5：My only complaint would be that the wi-fi went down twice in 3 days. Also the receptionist didn't tell us that we needed a voucher for the wi-fi when we checked in and as it was a Sunday we were without until the next day when reception opened again.

Review 6：Fantastic spacious apartment. We had a 3 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor (there were 2 mature couples one with vertigo). The views were excellent, and I think this is probably the best apartment we have stayed in. Shopping was just across the road at the back of the apartment so nothing intruded on the view from the apartment to the sea and river mouth.

Review 7：Spectacular views, spacious three bedroom unit, perfect location and great unit design and functional space. Had a lovely time with grandma and teenage children. Will return again.

Review 8：The air bubbles at the pool spa lasted for 3 minutes and I had to keep getting out to press the button. It would be enjoyable if it lasted for 10 minutes to enjoy the spa experience.

Review 10：Everything in the apartment was great and I don't mean to be negative - but during our stay there happened to be renovations going in an above apartment using machinery that was really loud and caused continuous noise and vibrating thru the place. It went went all day from 8am-4pm. You couldn't relax while it was going on nor sleep in - and we were not advised about it.

Review 14：My only issue - we stayed in a three bedroom and I had the second double bed which was really uncomfortable. I considered the couch but instead slept on pillows and I usually don't mind a firm bed.

Review 23：First class facilities, the location was always excellent but is even better now with the café/bar developments in nearby Ocean Street, and redevelopment of the Big Top markets and shopping arcade including a major supermarket. The staff are extremely helpful in organizing hire facilties such as baby furniture, and a huge video and book library.

Review 24：Was woken by the thuds of the guests in the apartment above walking around early in the morning. The smell of cigarettes from another apartment balcony filled our apartment - we had to close the balcony doors to keep it out which was a real shame. Not really the hotels problem but perhaps separating the smoking balconies from non smoking balconies would make for a much more pleasant stay. You can see directly to the ensuite toilet from the bedroom and balcony due to a strange placement of glass panelling in the bathroom. Kitchen lacked some basics - salt and pepper shakers with no salt and pepper in them.

Review 28：Lots of signs telling holiday makers not to make noise due to the permanent residents not wanting to be disturbed. Fair enough, but we were woken by the cleaner using a noisy floor polisher at 5.40am. Why so early? Because that suits the permanent residents I was told. They were apologetic but it was clear that their priority was not my holiday sleep in! Nice place but don't go if you want to make noise or sleep past 6am.

Review 30：The size of this apartment was stunning, the view from the lounge so relaxing and peaceful. Two TV's, large kitchen, double entry, very clean, everything you need. So close to restaurants, shops and beach.

Review 31：Condition were very wet rained every day, as there was not much heating available everything felt damp as No extractor fans. We are used to having heated towel rails & heated floors in those conditions.

Review 68：I booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 6 guests. Unfortunately staff allowed other people (also 'friends' but booked under other name) to change my room configuration without my consent. This resulted in an increase in my payment price which I never agreed to! She also gave them my room key when they checked in without my consent. I don't see this as acceptable or safe and it caused a great deal of trouble for me when the room prices changed and I was asked to pay a significant amount more upon checking out.. I don't think the property should assume that other guests are welcome to change a booking without speaking to the name on the booking first! Very irritating.

Review 69：The river views are absolutely beautiful and the location is a short walk to the river and about 10-15 to the beach. Nice pool and very clean apartments.

Review 70：Maybe the position isnt so good if you want close ocean access. I really have no complaint. It was a wonderful place.

Review 71：I loved the position with the outlook from the rooms over the river. The kitchen was very well stocked; you could cook anything with the equipment provided. There is a fully equipped laundry which is terrific when travelling. I was there for a conference so was mostly using the apartment for breakfast and to relax of an evening and sleep.
