Review 1：You have to pay for WiFi access per day. Hidden tax in hotel price. Very uncomfortable beds. Wine very expensive and one waitress was very rude when we decided not to buy a bottle of wine for 20 euros.

Review 3：Our bedroom was smaller than we would have expected, when we complained we were shown a bigger one but with no balcony. We took the one we were offered originally.

Review 5：Rooms dated & in need of a facelift. Breakfast was just ok. I expected a better selection of fresh fruits & fresh orange juice & coffee in Sardinia, not from a machine. Hot tub closed, I thought the point of a hot tub was to be outside in cold weather.

Review 7：The facilities in the studio was a disappointment such as no kettle, toaster or coffee machine, yet we were given teacups and saucers. We used the cooking pot to boil water!!! Not only is that dangerous but not acceptable for a 4*hotel. The television entertainment was also a huge let down, only BBC news channel and MTV for English speakers. Would be great to have a dedicated movie channel for the diverse nationalities using the Rina Hotel or pay as you go movie channel for rainy days when stuck in the studio!
Review 8：We liked the location best and the locals were friendly. The supermarket opposite was very helpful to have close by and easy access to the local bus and train station all very convenient for getting around. The historic city centre was well worth the visit.
Review 9：The only thing I might find fault with was that there was a charge for internet usage again this year , this is the 3rd time for us to stay with you and the first year there was a charge , the second year I welcomed the fact that it had been scrapped only to return again this year and the charge had been reinstated, Pity.
Review 10：Very welcoming staff, I must mention Kevin , Sara and Giovanni in paticular here, as they were always professional friendly helpful well informed lovely people that are a credit to the hotel .the overall atmosphere in this hotel is really excellent. Rooms are always well equipped, clean and comfortable .Beach is so near and handy supermarket across the way .
Review 11：We stayed in a self catering apartment. Given this hotel is awarded 4 stars I was surprised to discover that in the apartments the towels and bedding are only changed every 7 days. Also if we wanted our apartment cleaned there was a cost involved. Luckily we were only staying 4 nights but if we had been staying for longer I would not have been happy with the lack of clean towels and bedding and general housekeeping in the apartment. I do wonder if guests in the main hotel got a different level of service. Our bed consisted of 2 single beds pushed together rather than a double bed.
Review 12：The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and I would say nearly 30 minutes walk to the old town. Although there were bars and restaurants nearer to the hotel so it was not necessary to walk to the old town for dinner. We found the restaurants closer to the hotel cheaper. Our apartment was a very good size with 2 wardrobes so there was plenty of storage. The hotel pool wasn't too busy and we were easily able to get sun lounges. This may have been due to us travelling in September so not the busy months of July and August.

Review 37：If you want a good nights sleep, do not stay at these apartments. The noise of banging doors,flushing toilets, plumbing noises, old noisy refridgerators, faulty air conditioning units. With very thin walls and ceilings it was possible to hear conversations, footsteps, crying baby from the next door apartments and the apartment above. Deliveries to nearby supermarket starts before 7.00am. It was a nightmare, had two sleepless nights before we had to move out. Having paid for five nights, hotel have refused a refund, saying I should have known a hotel on the street would be noisy.

Review 52：The apartment we booked turned out to be located in an older part of the hotel and it was definitely not a 4*. Maybe regular rooms in the new part look better. Kitchen does not have anything to wash the dishes with and the bathroom was a limited hot water, which makes it hard for 4 adults living in there. It`s close to the beach, but it`s around 40 minutes walk to the city centre. Plus, the reception kept our IDs from check-in time until check-out which I think shouldn`t happen. Overall, it`s fine but nothing special.

Review 74：The staff were very helpful about giving information about the city. The two good beaches are walking distance. The bus stop is right infront of the hotel. There is a supermarket just across the street.
Review 75：As it's the case in most hotels there were not enough deckchairs by the pool which is understandable and fully okay. However a lot of the guest showed no consideration and 'reserved' chairs with their towels for hours without using them, and thereby the chairs were not free for others. While the staff can of course not be held accountable for the bad behaviour of guests it would have been good, had they observed the chairs and moved the towels

Close to Lido beach and 20-25 minutes walk to the Maria Pia beach and the old Town in Alghero. Supermarket on the other side of the street, and also one great gelateria on the same street.
