Review 1：The owners of the hotel were really welcoming and we felt very comfortable the minute we stepped in the hotel. Its a beautiful family run hotel. Amazing food, great atmosphere and tastefully decorated hotel.

Review 3：hotel was the cleanest i have ever been in. great room with view of the mountains and the countryside. warner and his wife were really great host and were very warm and did everything to make our stay really great. breakfast was one of the best we had on our 3 week trip. wonderful location in the most beautiful places i have been to. would go back in a heart beat.

Review 10：- no hot water before 2 pm ! - our room didn't look like to the room on the pictures of 'standard' room on the hotel website and booking.com at all! It was really old, dusty, small and the bathroom was just tiny. We kindly asked the hotel owner to explain the situation with the room but he refused to discuss it with us and behaved in a really rude way. This is inappropriate customer service and we won't stay at this hotel ever again.

Review 12：Good location near centre of La Villa. Possible to use one slope to easy reach the hotel. Excellent service with ski bus to the lift. Rooms very clean and big enough (also in the older part). Staff was very helpful in all respects. The highlight of the hotel is the chef's evening dinners. Best experience ever in the Alps.Can highly recommend the hotel. The Spa is OK but wiht pool.
