Review 4：This was our second stay at the Locanda del Carrobbio. We enjoyed our first visit so much that we revised our itinerary on this trip to include another visit. We were not disappointed. Our hosts were delightful, and the food and accommodations could not be improved upon. After some long distance driving on the autostradas, this was a most welcome refuge.

Review 10：This Italian farmhouse was a great find . Out in the country but a short drive from Cremona . Parking was amongst the trees which kept the car cool . Along the length of the farmhouse were lemon trees and little shaded sitting areas amongst the bougainvillea . The bedroom was large with windows overlooking the surrounding fields . The windows had mosquito frames so the windows could be left open for fresh air . The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great . We ate in the restaurant with people who were obviously from the surrounding area - a good sign . The food was delicious , home made and reasonably placed . We would love to return .

Review 37：It would have been difficult to find without a Sat.Nav.; although it is only ten minutes from Cremona, it is right out in the countryside, along a causeway between irrigation ditches.

Review 38：This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Cremona. We had a most beautiful room, filled with antique furniture; it was totally peaceful, overlooking the fields. Our welcome was wonderful; our hostess did all she could to ensure we had all we needed. Despite being an old farmhouse, the facilities were excellent, in particular the wifi for which one did not need a password. We liked the merry sounds of children playing happily in the courtyard outside. Altogether a very special place.

First time it was just an overnight to interrupt our long journey, 2nd time we added another night and casme to the area to spend part of our holiday in Cremona and this beautiful property. We took the bicycle for sightseeing which was so funny. Driving from the B&B to town was a bit like a timewharp. This time we decided to come back again for 3- 5 days to explore more of the area Parma/ Mantova/ Cremona. Thanks you.

A car is a must and the place is a little trickyto find off of a very narrow road however, it was only 10 minutes to thecity center. We also had a lovely breakfast.

Monica (one of the three sister owners) could not have been more gracious and attentive during our three day stay. The restaurant was fantastic with better quality food , servers, and ambiance than another in-town restaurant that is written to be the towns best. The bed was magnificently carved but creaked, and the rooms weren't soundproofed from some other noisy guests, but these were relatively small distractions

The woman who runs the place is the "Queen of hospitality" and makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The service is great in any respect. The rooms are spotless. The common places are great and you can just spend the day reading in the garden. The food is delicious, I strongly recommend you stay for dinner. The prices are great, specially considering Italy and the quality of what you get. The staff were very friendly. The hotel also provides for free bicycles. Cycling along the little cannals and the landscape is really beautiful.

Review 100：A lovely peaceful location in the countryside about 10minutes from Cremona. Run by a family of 3 sisters and parents, we received a warm welcome. The room was comfortable and well equipped with sky tv, wifi and lovely bathroom products. Unfortunately the night we arrived the restaurant was closed (Thursday) but they went out of there way to give us lovely aperos with our bottle of wine which we enjoyed in the courtyard. If we're ever back again would definitely stay longer to enjoy cycling around the countryside and sample the home cooking in the restaurant.
