Review 2：As a regular visitor, the quality of service never fails to impress. Location and transport links excellent for visiting the region.

Review 4：Tried the E-Bikes for the first time, the were an excellent way of getting around, particularly if any climbing is to be done.
Review 5：Great variety for the Mediterranean style buffet style breakfast. Very comfortable and clean hotel room with a view of both sets of mountain ranges. The river is right behind the hotel. Amazing hiking and skiing/snowboarding opportunities accessable from the front door. (Start your hike at the hotel to a near peak in the Alps or catch a 5 min bus that can take you to an amazing set of ski slopes, Speikboden.)

Review 19：From first arrival until leaving, this family run hotel is everything a hotel should be. Modern, clean and fresh in design, but with old fashioned hospitality, a lot of larger hotel chains would do emulate this very reasonable priced oasis. I look forward to my next trip soon.

Review 21：On first entry you might be forgiven for thinking this place is not whatI expected. It is a dormitory hotel, only bar snacks and breakfastserved, but the rooms are modern, very spacious, quiet and verycomfortable with a fabulous ensuite room. There is a small selection ofrestaurants bars in Luttach. The pizza house is very very good 10-14eeach including house wine. What Stifter does is provide goodaccommodation at a fair price: a base to work from to visit the manyvillages and valleys on one day trips. If you want a hall porter orsomeone to polish your shoes this is not for you, otherwise this is oneof the best budget hotels I’ve every stayed.Great skiing within easy reach which won't break the bank. Also try Bruneck (30min, but is pricy) and San Candido (Innichen), Sexten, Moos all 1-1.5hrs. Moos worth a serious look Excellent area for cross country skiing with several centres offering training and one day hire available
