Review 1：Perfect location from the airport but apart from that so far out from everywhere else

Review 2：The staff were so friendly, couldn't fault anything to do with the rooms. Breakfast could of been more of a choice but not a problem.

Review 3：Must be an easy night for travellers leaving on early flights. These people have no regard for other patrons. Regardless of hour the noise on their departure was unbelievable. If a wake up call is needed, extra stress must be placed on ensuring they understand the courtesy to other guests.

Review 4：Very close to Malpensa airport , in a rural, yet beside the motorway setting. Local restaurant came and picked us up for dinner. Breakfast was included.

Review 5：The room smelled of cigarette smoke, everything from sheets to pillows to mattress had a very strong smoke odor. All our clothes smelled of smoke for the rest of the trip. The room was supposed to be a non smoking one.

Review 7：Shuttle bus works very well. The best thing is the staff. They suggested an excellent pizzeria that came to pick us up and returned. I forgot a very important thing at the hotel and the staff dealt with it in a very nice and professional manner. Rooms are spacious and good heating.

Review 9：Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, quiet location. We stayed because we flew early the next morning. The village is quiet - ate at the Sicilian cafe, very tasty and filling snacks, and tasty prosecco. Good coffee.

Review 10：The breakfast was not free. The bed was very uncomfortable as if sleeping on a box spring. Sheets had holes in them.

Review 12：Not being one of the chain hotels, this is a sleeper (no pun intended). The rooms are some of the largest you will find in Europe, and though a little worn, are in reasonable shape. Therefore, this is very attractive for the money charged.

Review 13：But be careful. I didn't check my booking.com bill in advance and found the prices didn't match. After years of reserving online, this is the first discrepancy that I have ever had. Plus, I was charged for the airport pickup. Despite the online claim, and advance email that there are two free shuttles trips, I was charged for the second. It wasn't the money, but the principle of the matter. And, perhaps, a question of integrity.

Review 14：Too many rules that made no sense. Such as, you cannot bring food or drinks into your room. Never seen this in a hotel before.

Review 46：During the whole night we heard the water with pressure through the wall.I don't know if it was a malfunction or if they left it open in the next room.The reception is closed during the night, so it's a bit scarry knowing that there is no guard around.

Review 48：Far from everything. No market, restaurants are not close either. No buses. Had to walk an hour to get to the train station that would take us to milan. For the first 3:30 wifi wouldnt connect. Reception is closed until 7AM and our flight was at 8:15. We needed to call a cab, phone in the room is not working (which was never mentionned to us), no one at the help desk and when finally there was someone, my fellow traveller was told the phones are not working and they can't help (the 2 person he spoke to could barely speak english apparently). Overall, did not enjoy it that much.

Review 53：1- We requested in advance to be picked up by hotel shuttle at 9:50 PM from Airport, after half an hour waiting shuttle never showed up, I called back to hotel and they refused to send the shuttle. it cost us 20 Euro for taxi fare to get to hotel. I expect to be reimbursed for the cost of taxi fare (I can submit the receipt). 2- A powerful spot light was shining on our big window interrupting our sleep, I asked hotel staff to either change our room or turn off the spot light and they refused to do either one. 3- The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.

Review 55：1. Prior our stay all communication with the hotel was in English which was decent from the side of the hotel. When we arrived at the airport the reception could not explain on any languages except for Italian how to find a shuttle to the hotel. Finally she ran to find someone in the hotel who spoke Eng to speak to us. 2. Ok, furniture is old, but room size is big and for this money (73 euro) for us proximity to the airport was crucial. 3. At 00:20 someone started knocking loud at our door. My boyfriend asked who was it, the lady started talking something in Italian. He opened the door, there was a lady, dressed like a prostitute who was speaking Italian, apparently, offering her services to my boyfriend and pointing at her cigarette, asking for the lighter. Definitely that was nobody from the hotel, as she was carrying a bag. We locked the door. But for the next hours we heard that she did not knock at any other rooms, but someone put the key in the keyholes trying to open several rooms without success. What the hell and who it was we do not know, but the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and, although the reception sends you the code to enter the building after 11pm, anyone, supposedly can come inside and start chasing you in the middle of the night. And we truly hope that all these attempt to open other doors were just someone drunk who could not remember his room. But we thought otherwise and, hence, did not sleep all night being concerned about our safety.

It's a tidy Motel 6 kind of place, but with cheerful, helpful staff, a convenient free shuttle to and from the airport, wi-fi, and a small lobby bar. A traveler is going to stay here for convenience, not to explore the charms of Cardano Al Campo - but staying here you'll get convenience, courtesy, and good value for your money.

Review 67：Booked this hotel as it was only 3km from the airport. We asked in booking email if the free shuttle bus will still be working as we land at 11.10pm and I could not see the bus times in website. No reply. Their confirmation email said bus will not run then. It was too late to cancel our booking, no refund. We took a taxi, which cost a shocking Euro25. There was only one thin blanket on the bed, it was very cold with snow on the mountains. Not able to lock the door, we had to put a suitcase infront of it. Shower was moldy. No staff to complain to. Next morning we told the receptionist that the website does not show shuttle times and how expensive the taxi was. She searched and searched and eventually found the shuttle times under ''Fine print'', the very last sentence on the site, which we had not seen. She couldn't care less that the taxi cost us E25 for 3km. We asked if we could at least have the buffet breakfast for free as it had cost us so much already. She flatly refused and said we must pay for breakfast. After leaving, I received arude, patronising email from the owner, saying it was all our mistake and maybe we were just tired after a long flight. We will never book there again and do not recommend it.

Review 68：Large bed, large room.

Review 69：No free breakfast when leaving early in the morning, I asked to get at least something to drink (ie prepacked juice and prepacked snack) but was told it was impossible. Extremely noisy, you could hear people partying upstairs till 3 am. I asked to be moved to another quieter room and was told the only way was to pay extra money. Unpleasant lady at the reception. Reception closed after 11pm and was told if there was any problem there was no one to take care of. Receptionnist told me:"This is not a 4 star hotel,so don't expect a 24hrs reception". This was the worst place I've ever been to.

They don't want to provide any service, such as storing baggage after check out but try to push you out of the hotel once you check out, saying that they don't have the shuttle ride to the airport and you can only go at 11 00 am at the check out. Terrible breakfast with AWAFUL coffee...

It was a typical clean, older establishment, near the airport (not within walking distance) that offered exactly what we needed ... Review 102：The door had trouble locking. The toilet seat was broken (sliding from side to side). The shower door was broken and mould on the inside walls and floor. Water lingered in the sink. The mattress is the old fashioned kind, with springs that you can actually feel when you turn around. Only bedding option was a sheet, or wood blankets from World War One (dont expect fluffy blankets like in most modern hotels). Walls are so tiny I could hear all the neighbours chatting, showering, toilet, etc. Suspicious black pipes around the heating system, which was mounted in an odd angle. Breakfast was on the sad side, with utterly undrinkable coffee from a machine. I just cannot get around why this hotel got the high score that it got.

Review 103：The only positive thing about this hotel was leaving. It is a very depressing place, I would never recommend it. Only positive things I can say: rooms are unusually spacious and the lady at the front desk was nice.

Review 113：I liked the attitude of stuff - helpful and trying to do more then asked. The room was very large and they even had a spinning bike and weights in the room for morning training. Unbeknownst to us when we arrived at the hotel, the shuttle driver needed to be booked for a ride and was not scheduled to be available until 5PM that day. When we called from the airport at 5PM we were told it could be 20 minutes or 45 minutes. It turned out to be almost an hour before he came. Poor communication.

Review 127：This is a great place to stay overnight when flying in or out of Milan's airport. The free hotel shuttle will pick you up and drop you off. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They speak English as well. Breakfast has a variety and is perfect before heading out. Room was very large and had air conditioning. Bathroom updated and large. Nothing really around to do, but perfect hotel choice if you want to be close to the airport. The hotel shuttle will also take you to a restaurant if you are in need of dinner.
