Review 1：It's a bit worn and isolated.

Review 2：If you are wanting to stay in a location close to Menjengan Island to go snorkeling or diving, then this is a great spot. They provide everything for you to travel in comfort so you don't need to stay any longer than 2 days. Great gardens, hot springs and facilities.

Review 3：The restaurant is a disaster, overpriced and poor quality. At breakfast there were 100s of bees and nobody did anything to get rid of them. The location is a little strange as it is not on the main beach.

Review 8：Located on the water in beautiful garden grounds with natural hot spring pools. This resort is the real Bali, and has an excellent SCUBA Dive shop providing Diving, Snorkelling and Kayaking. The restaurant is excellent at reasonable prices.

Review 9：Being charged for water in room when it could have been complimentary even though there were water dispensers dotted around the area, but who wants to walk around in the middle of the night. Only a minor point.

Review 13：Everything was very expensive! Mosquito protection could have been better. Place suffered from dry atmosphere (lawns dry and some yellow patches) - probably being too big for proper care. Facilities could have been better for the price paid.

Review 14：The diving staff was very nice and kind. The place is amazingly huge. The location of the seaside restaurant at the mangroves is awesome. The pools are beautiful and the hot springs pools a welcome and special addition to the facilities (especially when coming back from a diving trip)

Review 15：The dinner buffets aren't worth the money. You'll be more satisfied with what the a la carte offers. We had a negative experience when we booked a trek (be careful about the details of the trek and what you truly get). In total rather expensive with a lack of alternatives for dining out.

The management charges $25 US dollars for a 15 minute ride and since there is no taxi service, if you wish to explore the surrounding area, they push their over priced tours on you. We felt unfairly treated.in this regard. There are no umbrellas to shade you from sun at pool areas but foliage provide some shade. No lounges at hot pools. If you are looking for an expensive, formal, very quiet and isolated experience to relax this is your place. Better to visit and stay in Pemuteran on the beach.

Review 18：The hot spring pools is the only saving grace about this place. The restaurant staff are wonderful but the reception staff are cold and not helpful. The resort is on a peaceful lagoon with mangroves where you cannot swim. There is no beach. Good for one night stay if you have your own transportation.

Review 32：No Internet connection as was never working and staff were unwilling to accept this. Safe did not work in the room. Spa was quite overpriced and did not feel clean or luxurious. Most staff did not speak good English. Snorkel guide was touching coral and moving things on the seabed.

Review 49：The mosquitoes and some small bugs (especially if you forgot to turned off light at the outdoor bathroom). We had to waited another 2-3 hours because our friends stayed at other hotel can extend their check out time till 3 pm, while we can't. I talked to the lady and male receptionist and they said can't because they busy with lots of visitors. Menjangan have lots of rooms and not many people stay on that days. So end up we eat outside the hotel, the kids got tired, because we need to drive back to Dps for another 4 hours.
