Review 15：Breakfast was run by a single completely overworked waitress. It was not nice to see that this poor woman simply didn't have the time to clean tables or make sure that there was enough bread, juice, cheese etc. because of her other duties. She did her best, but a helping pair of hands would have been required. The location was ok if you have a car, but I wouldn't go there relying only on public transportation. Air conditioning was permanently shut down, "because it is already winter (october)". I don't really care what month it is, if it is too hot. I admit that I tend to like quite a cool climate, but after all, it should be MY decision and not the hotel's. The room was on the expensive side, so airco should be included even if it was freezing outside.

Review 36：I called the hotel to request shuttle pickup and we waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up even though the hotel was only 8 minutes drive away. Breakfast was included and was okay but had limited selection and was in a basement room with no windows. The TV was small. Probably wouldn't stay here again if we return to Milan.

Review 41：We stayed at this hotel once in the past (for one night before our morning flight). This time our stay was not planned - our connecting flight got cancelled and we had to find a hotel last minute. Immediately thought of this hotel. We called the reception for a shuttle pick up and in 10 minutes their shuttle was in front of the airport terminal. The shuttle driver was extremely polite and helpful with our luggage (5 pieces). The hotel receptionist was also very kind to arrange a complimentary shuttle ride to the nearest restaurant (it was around 10pm or so). This hotel definitely earned our preference whenever staying overnight near Malpensa airport. We'll recommend it to anyone.

Free bus shuttle works perfect (it takes around 10 min to get to the hotel). Stuff is really friendly and helpful - upon my arrival they requested a car to drive me to the nice restaurant to have dinner. Room was nice, clean, with a comfy large bathroom, wifi worked very well.

Review 57：The only suggestion would be to have the free shuttle service listed on the booking.com confirmation sheet as it is for other airport hotels. If it wasn't for an honest taxi driver who informed me of the service it would have cost 35Euro to get from airport to hotel upon my arrival

The rooms were large and comfortable. The shower was hot. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The rooms were quiet and dark. We sat around the pool in the afternoon and ordered beers from the bar. It was very pleasant. We slept very well and the next morning the breakfast was fantastic. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, we had easy access to wi-fi and had a good night's sleep before our early morning flight. It turned out that the minibus waited at the far end of the concourse round a corner at door 10 where we couldn't see it from the main taxi/bus waiting area. Review 103：Very helpful staff - this even extended to coming to find us, pick us up and take us to the nearby restaurant. We had opted to walk there having been in a car all day (we could have had a free taxi offered by the restaurant) but got lost in the dark as I'm sure the hotel staff realised we would! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet with nice view over the swimming pool. Unfortunately we had no time to try it out. The breakfast was excellent and the free mini-bus service to and from the airport was very helpful and without hassle.

Review 119：We had to retrieve a new unique code for each device we wanted to connect to WiFi; a minor inconvenience. Our modern family had a laptop and four phones to connect, so it took a bit of doing. There is an outdoor pool but it is very small. They provide a scale near the lobby to weigh your luggage, but I was dismayed to find out it was coin operated. The door of our room was marked as non-smoking, but they inexplicably provided ashtrays in the room, and cigarette burns were evident on the furniture and even in one of the curtains. Although proximity to the airport is a big plus, the hotel is in a residential area with few dining options. There are several steps up the lobby from the driveway entrance, a challenge for luggage. There is a ramp along the right side of the steps which provides some help for heavy luggage but it's too steep to be used as a wheelchair ramp.

Review 120：The front desk staff was efficient, thorough and courteous. The man on duty when we checked in spoke excellent English. I asked about printing my boarding passes and he offered to print them if I emailed them to him. The included breakfast was a typical continental setup with friendly service. The free shuttle between the airport and hotel is a huge plus, and allowed us to return our rental car a day early. Drivers are hardworking and provide a comfortable ride. There is a free PC in the lobby for guest use, though we didn't use it.

The night we dropped off our rentalcar at the airport, the hotel provided free pickup transportation (until23h30m). The hotel staff arranged for a local restaurant to pick us upat the hotel and drive us back after dinner at no cost (of course wetipped all of the drivers). The hotel was clean, roomy and quiet. Wedeparted at 5h for the airport and even though breakfast did not startuntil 7h the staff had fresh croissants and hot tea ready for us servedin ceramic cups. We highly recommend this hotel for it's location,staff and amenities.

We arrived late in the day and had to walk about a kilometre to a small pizza takeaway. Not a long way but a map showing where the options are located would be helpful.

Review 136：This is an excellent choice for airport customers being just 10 min away by free shuttle. The rooms were quiet, spacious and well appointed. Our receptionist/barman was always in good humour despite often having several tasks going simultaneously.
