Review 1：We had to struggle with mosquitos and stink bugs. The hostess never says "I'm sorry". Although there is an indication "towel is refreshed everyday", but not changed actually, because it is "green" hotel according to the hostess. Anyway their service depends on the mood of hostess. When she is in a good mood (not frequently), normal service is available, but when she is a bad mood (especially in morning), you will have to carefully ask her. I'll not stay this hotel in which guests are required to consider the mood of hostess...

Review 11：The memory of this people for ever will remain in my heart. I felt there home and with my mother, I was in Cremona for visiting exhibition and the Lady was giving me every days ride to exhibition also some biscuits to quench my hunger during the exhibition hours !!, and the last day they took me to rail way station to go back to Milan, they did what even families do not do ! Unfortunately she did not speak English and I had some communication problem there, at least to express my heart towards her kindness, thanks God her daughter knew English and it was a big help. I am already missing this excellent people...this kind mother, daughter and son. I wish to go back there again and soon...

Review 13：the staff was very friendly and helfpul, the room clean and comfortable, airconditioned (essential in 39º heat), parking easy, quick access to both the Autostrada and the center of Cremona, a very nice place to stay
