Review 1：The air conditioning unit was a little under power to keep the upper sleeping area cool. The lovely pool, spa and gardens were spoilt by having a broken ping pong table (hope they replace as would have been fun for the kids).

Review 2：The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The locally produced food was excellent and they were very kind to prepare different dishes for our children. The large pool was great to cool off after a day's sight-seeing. We had a split level room facing the garden - double bed below with two single/double upstairs with sofa. Great location to use a base to visit nearby sites such as Suggesta etc. Spa facilities an added bonus - enjoyed a relaxing massage after a long day of walking around sites. Turkish steam bath and manicure etc services also offered. Horse riding can be organised. Very quiet, rural location - you will need a car. However, did see some other guests were on bike tour holidays! Staff mainly speak Italian and French but receptionist could speak some English. We enjoyed our visit.
