Review 1：I would not recommend the restaurant below the hotel for dinner

Review 3：This is a hotel to be recommended. The hotel is fresh and newly renovated with great view over the Como Lake. If you arrive by car there are good parking spaces (free of charge) outside the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is a good restaurant at the hotel.

Review 4：The under- house restaurant for evening meals needs to be more generous with meal size, and better table service , which was slow and erratic.

Review 6：Difficult to get to as the roads from Como on this side of the lake are very narrow. It's a 15 mins walk to the ferry point along a busy road with no pavement. No where to take an evening stroll. No restaurents nearby other than the hotel.

The staff was great (and helpful, when we made a mistake with our booking), the breakfast was wonderful, the bed comfortable, the room spotlessly clean. We also really enjoyed the hotel restaurant - it seemed like it was all part of the family-run establishment.

Review 10：The staffs were extremely nice and helpful. They were kind enough to stay late and wait for us to check in due to our late arrival on the very first day. We really really appreciate that. And the hotel amenity was very modern and new, run by a lovely family. would definitely come back and stay here again.

Review 11：A/C unit was a little noisy and the hotel wasn't very well sound proofed. I always travel with ear plugs though so that was an easy fix. Also note that the beds are fairly firm, again not an issue for me.

Review 12：Excellent location overlooking Lake Como but the staff was even better. One gentleman who went completely above and beyond during our stay, even preparing us breakfast to go the night before because we had to leave very early the next morning. Best staff experience I've ever had.

Review 14：The amazing view for a start! The friendly service at this family run small hotel, the evening meal in the restaurant (we had lake fish which was lovely), the breakfast on the terrace and the room was nicely decorated with great aircon!

Review 16：No beach, bar and restaurant characterless, on a dangerous road with no pavement, restaurant staff untidy (sloppy jumper and trainers one lady at breakfast was wearing a long cardigan and had unbrushed (black) hair... looked like she had just got out of bed!) Hot side dishes arrived 20 mins before the dish they were accompanying and wrong order was delivered. If these people are related to the young brother and sister then they need to show equal commitment....

Review 19：Quiet hotel with wonderful views of Lake Como from most bedrooms. Totally refurbished in 2014 and extremely clean. Run by a very friendly and helpful family who also run the separate pizzeria downstairs. Both have outside terraces with great lake views. Lezzeno is a quiet village with only a handful of local shops and restaurants, but with good bus and ferry connections to Bellagio, Como and the other lake resorts.

Review 20：Nothing about the hotel to dislike but the road is pretty hair raising! Just take your time and drive slowly.

Review 32：One of the nicest small family hotels in very quiet and friendly town of Lezzeno. The hotel is tottaly renovated and amazingly clean. The staff is very helpfull and nice. The hotel restaurant is good (closes at 9PM) and it's very important in towns like this because you don't have to search for places to eat. If you want some entertainment you need to take a short drive to Bellagio. During the day you can take a bus of a ferry to go where. So, thanks for an amazing stay, I totally recommend!

Review 41：Just about everything! The service of this hotel is exactly what one would expect from a family run business like this. The building is an old one renovated completely on the inside, and it is decorated beautifully. A tasty and reasonably priced restaurant, an excellent free breakfast, and personal and friendly service...but best of all is the view. Try and score one of the rooms with a lakeside balcony, they're the best in the bunch with unbeatable privacy and views of the lake. One of the best hotel stays I've ever had, and I've had a few, and certainly at this price! I'll be back...if I can. :) Thank you to the whole staff!

Review 42：Public transport around lezzeno and to other parts of the lake is really infrequent. Lezzeno is quite long, so it's a longish walk to most restaurants. You don't have to walk along the main road most of the time, there are little paths winding through the houses, but these aren't lit at night.

Review 43：Lezzeno is a really pretty town, with a handful of great restaurants. Hotel had excellent views of lake Como, really friendly and helpful staff, convenient parking.

Review 44：The family who owns and runs the hotel were fantastic - always patient and helpful with our daily inquiries. The mother even ran out to purchase last minute bus tickets for us!! So accommodating and friendly. Our room was an apartment suite thus very spacious snd comfortable for 2 people. Very nice bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area w plenty of storage space. I slept on the pull out couch which was a bit lumpy but was still ok for me. If you're a sensitive sleeper - take the bed. The breakfast was a typical continental and the restaurant serves delicious pizza and risotto. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to another visit.

Review 48：We stayed 2 nights in Hotel Helvetia. The view from the room is of lake Como. The room is beautiful and the hotel is very equipped (for example - a terrace for sitting next to the lake, an elevator). The town (Lezzeno) is a couple of minutes of driving from Bellagio and from the Ferry (and other attractions). The team at the hotel is very helpful and kind, and made us enjoy our stay even more. The hotel was renovated and feels like a new building, which is nice. Great experience and highly recommended

Review 71：Everything was delightful. Gorgeous view, free parking and walk to a local swimming beach. Fausto and his mother and sister spoke English and were most anxious to please. The food at breakfast and at the restaurant was outstanding. The ferry stop at Lezzeno was convenient and we spent all one day traveling the lake. The location is near to Bellagio and its restaurants and shops. We drove to Bellagio, but the bus is convenient to this hotel. The fireworks from across the lake (Mr. Branson's estate?) were an added benefit. It is definitely a number 10 in our book!

Review 72：The hotel is newly renovated, the staff is very helpful and polite. The room was cleaned daily which is not the case for B&B s, which are usually as expensive. Breakfast is served on the wonderful terrace with views of the lake. They also have a restaurant which is a good thing since Lezzeno is a very small village on the lake with not so many options to eat out, but really nice and quiet. It s also a good location to reach important touristic spots such as Bellagio, Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlota. You can also hike in the area on Via Regia.

Review 73：It's a family run hotel and what an amazing job they all do. The brother/sister run the hotel while mom Rita runs the restaurants. Amazing customer service in meeting all our requirements. Amazing views of Lake como. The breakfast was included and they serve it on the patio with amazing views of Lake como. They were very helpful in giving us info on things to do around the area. There is also a small grocery store right next door to the hotel so its very convenient. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. It's small quaint and so much character. They also have an elevator and that helped with luggage and older parents as we had 6 adults and 2 kids.
