Review 1：Only showers, and no bathtubs in the frontal and sunny rooms. They make you pay for access to the wellness, although other facilities are not available.No more offer of bicycles (like offered on the website) at that time. At least one more small table or some more lighting is mostly indicated. Hard bed, pillows and .heavy blankets.

Review 2：The attractive location and modern architecture of the hotel, the cleanliness, the on site garage,very nice balcony with furniture and the very good fish-restaurant. Breakfast ok. Upgrade was nice..

Review 3：We stayed there in September. Allthough is has nothing to do with the hotel I would like to mention that the restaurants in the surrounding left a poor impression.

Review 4：The suite was spacious with a lovely terrace. The breakfast buffet was good and satisfying but may be according to the appearance of the hotel our expectations were higher. The hotel is located directly at the promenade facing the sea. Some small (expensive) supermarkets are to be found nearby.

Review 8：Breakfast - every time was missing something with combination of slow reffiling. Nearly no vegetable and fresh fruits salads. Very poor choice of warm buffet. Hotel restaurant has open one hour at lunch time and two hours at dinnner time

Review 10：The lack of willingness of the receptionist Manolo and the manager to solve an important but rather easy to solve problem that came up during our stay at the hotel, even though they had the possibility to solve it. This sort of ruined our stay there. Any hotel should be able to help its guests.

Review 11：Breakfast was a touch mediocre. Bikes could have been free of charge for an hour or two (as the room was quite pricey).

Why hotel would not simply include these 3eur into the daily rate(?) - spa is available but the quality of massage is low- average. not high professional -pillows are not comfortable - beach umbrella and one bed are quite expensive, you should pay extra for the second bed if there are two of you

Review 17：We booked this hotel by booking.com. Once arrived to the hotel, we discovered that people booking directly by the hotel's website paid the same amount of money of us, but the hotel offers them a free access to the beach (While we had to pay 25 euro per day). Interestingly, when I asked them to have the same treatment of other customers, they refused it and clearly told me to book on their website rather than booking.com. I believe this is unfair.

Review 18：Room needed a little more softening on the decor - maybe a chair or mirror in the main room although to be fair this may affect the 'modern' look - just a pain trying to dry hair when husband still in the shower!

Review 19：No English everywhere! Felt like we were staying where the Italians holiday - although maybe they were not so pleased at 2 English couples asking for cold milk in the morning for their cups of tea! Just beautiful design, everything looks brand new and the staff were delightful nothing was too much trouble - even finding us a map when our Sat Nav proved to tricky for our continuing journey down the east coast to Bari.

Review 20：When people in the room above walked around at 6am that woke me up. If the hotel were full in peak season I guess noise from other guests may be an issue. Many mosquitoes biting like crazy around end of Sept but that was everywhere, not just at the hotel! It happens when it's hot in the day and rainy at night.

Review 21：Modern hotel design, clean, large swimming pool. Gym with running machine, stepper, weights, fitball etc. Friendly, helpful staff. It was out of season (late Sept) so plenty of space around the pool and rooftop terrace Jacuzzi. Peace and quiet. We booked a suite so was spacious with a TV both in the lounge & the bedroom! Many eateries within walking distance - main focus on fish and pizza - all delicious and reasonably priced local wine which tasted very good (Rosso Piceno for red wine lovers, or if you drink white the Passerina is also local and very good).

Review 22：I was hoping to get into the spa--it was last minute, but even just for a hamam (no treatment) however the hours are very limited. Notice, they don't post them anywhere!! Also, cheap accents were not impressive: I turned on the hair dryer, it hissed, smoked then burnt out. When I was leaving, I tried to open the door, and the handle fell off--needed someone to come let me out. (Thankfully they can quickly!)

Review 26：The hotel was reasonably expensive but you had to pay extra to use the spa and the affiliated beach area. I would have expected the cost to be included in the price of the room.

Review 27：The hotel was very modern and clean. The facilities that we used were good. Our room was spacious and well equipped and the beds comfortable, we had a two bedroom suite with 2 bath rooms and a kitchen. Each room had its own TV and airconditioning, the aircon was quiet and individually adjustable. All in all the accomodation was excellent. The location was perfect, right on the beach. There was also an underground car park.

Review 28：The bar closed in the afternoon. The spa was closed in the mornings apart from a Saturday.

Review 63：From the moment we arrived, the staff were courteous and friendly and the hotel was spotless. Excellent location right opposite the beach. Breakfasts were of a high standard and there was something for everyone. Although there were homemade cakes, which we don't tend to eat, there was plenty of other choice including cheeses and ham, fresh fruit, cereals and scrambled eggs. We were worried before our arrival about the proximity of the train line, but with the excellent double glazing, we never heard a train and we are very light sleepers. Bed very comfortable and free underground parking. Can highly recommend the spa area which is only €10 per person if you are staying in the hotel. With the top grade rooms, the spa is even included. Restaurant closed on a monday so we didn't try, but maybe another time as we have heard good reviews about it. Would certainly like to revisit one day.

Review 64：Their ad on Booking.com was deceptive. They made it sound like the roomrate was $140 a night but when we got there they said that rate was forone person only. They ended up charging us $187 euros for two people.Also, the mattress was hard and there were no blankets or comforters forthe bed. The hotel was loud and the noise echoed from the lobby up tothe rooms which opened onto the lobby.

Review 66：If you go before June 1st, there isn't many people there! Everything seems to start after June 1st. No ironing board in the rooms. Have to go downstairs in laundromat to do some ironing. (not a huge deal, but...)

The spa under the hotel is fantastic and clean. Guests can use it for 10 Euros a day. (Not including a massage or any other special treatment, just the hot tup sauna, turkish bath and hot water pool). Brand new hotel. Beds are very nice and hard, but still comfortable which is if you plan on sleeping a lot, no lower back pain. Very nice design inside the hotel and rooms. Laundromat on site is a bonus too.
