Review 1：We knew that check in is from 10.30 to 12.00, so we informed Ms Erika (the owner) that we are going to be in the evening. We were driving sooo long and we got stuck in many traffic jams. Unfortunately, we were aware that we are late, so when we received a phone call form booking. com we told how many kilometers we have to Lecco and at what time we are going to be on the spot. When we arrived to Be Happy Hostel, nobody was there. The hostel was closed and Ms Erika turned off her phone and we couldn’t contact with her. So, we had to find another place to stay for the night and spend some extra money. Next day we came to Be Happy, to explain the situation but Ms Erika said that it was not her problem and she wouldn’t give the money back for the night that we were not able to sleep at her place. Unfortunately, we couldn’t change the place to stay in, so we slept there two more nights. In our room, the bed linen was dirty, the towels weren’t fresh and the dishes were also dirty. The hostel looks nice inside but we feel disappointed.Wiedząc, że zameldować można się w godzinach 10.30-12.00, powiadomiliśmy Panią Erike (właścicielkę), że będziemy wieczorem. Bardzo długo jechaliśmy a we Włoszech trafiliśmy na liczne korki i utrudnienia. Niestety wiedzieliśmy, że się spóźnimy, więc jak otrzymaliśmy telefon z booking.com powiadomiliśmy ile kilometrów nam jeszcze zostało do Lecco i o której będziemy. Gdy dotarliśmy na miejsce, nikogo nie zastaliśmy. Hotel był zamknięty a Pani Erika wyłączyła telefon i nie było z nią żadnego kontaktu. Byliśmy zmuszeni znaleźć inny nocleg i wydać dodatkowe pieniądze. Gdy przyszliśmy następnego dnia wyjaśnić sytuacje Pani Erika, powiedziała że to nie jest jej problem i nie odda nam pieniędzy za noc, której nie przespaliśmy u niej w hostelu. Niestety, nie dało już rady zrezygnować z noclegu w BE HAPPY, więc zostaliśmy. W pokoju pościel była brudna, ręczniki nieświeże a naczynia i garnki nie widziały ścierki i płynu do naczyń.

Review 4：-Proprietors Erika and Silvia were extremely helpful and caring. -Proximity to hospital, grocery store, bus stop, pizzareria and excellentrestaurant.- pastry shoppe up the street with a crema brioche (1 euro!!) to die for - well equipped small fitness center - pay laundry facilities on floor - good pay wifi I stayed 4 nights at Be Happy. It turned out to be a very comfortable place for me. Had a lot of space, the kitchenette was nicely equipped. A share microwave was available and there was a 2 burner cooktop and fridge in the room. Be Happy is on the bus route that goes to the train station and to the harbor which is very convenient and cost effective (bus fare=1.30, taxi=10 euros). Discovered that lecco is a very nice town with a lot to offer (shopping and restaurants). Took the ferry to Bellagio and the shopping in LEcco is good.
Review 5：This is a youth hostel or an old building that has rooms for rent, itshould be stated clearly in the description. We got off to a bad startSilvia , should learn to treat guests better. Negative - the bathroomfloods when you have a shower, there do not change towels etc , avoidroom 7 no windows just a sun roof , air condition was not working ,Check out is 9am-10am. The price of the room is expensive for what BeHappy is offering, you can stay at a downtown hotel with an amazing viewfor the same price.
Review 6：- The rooms we stayed in (3) where spacious and effort was made when decorating.
Review 7：It is walking distance from central Lecco, but a little far. No windows to look out of but there is natural light from above. We didn't realise the fridge was turned down when we arrived and all our food went off, so make sure you turn up the thermostat when you get there!
Review 8：The owner Silvia was wonderful, extremely helpful with everything. The furnishings are all very new and nice. Cooking facilities are good, beds comfortable.
Review 9：The responsible took too long to bring the keys since they don't have a reception. My fiancé took me there and dropped me off,and we explained a hundred times that he was heading back to his country and even though when it came the invoice she was charging for two - and as the problem was solved they then asked me to leave before the check out time so they could clean it

Review 11：Close proximity to town facilities, clean and quiet I pulled the emergency chord in the shower by mistake as I though it was the extractor fan, staff arrived very quickly and were very understanding

Review 14：If Hotels were dogs, "Be Happy" would have 3 legs and no teeth. Book "Be Happy" and you could end up sleeping on a bench at Lecco station, like I did. Customer service is attrocious! My train out of Milan was delayed and despite warning them of the problem (and getting a confirmation), there was nobody to check me in when I arrived at midnight. No response to telephone calls, not even an apology the next day. Even worse, they still wanted to charge me, despite having failed to admit me to their premises. Avoid at all costs.

Review 16：Room is great clean and bright Furnitures are design smells good eveything you need from Laundry to Microwave somcking outside terrasse ans a really good design with DVDs and books to read, a nice lobby at the floor, to seat and discuss... Ideal for lovers
