Review 1：The only negative is that hotel is located a bit far from anything interesting. Walking distance to train and bus will get you where you need to be. Not an issue if you travel by car. Just don't expect to stroll in and out of the hotel.

Review 2：Fantastic little hotel. Staff are very friendly, the facility is modern and clean. Rooms are big and well appointed. Restaurant Nicolin is a must - best food I've had in Italy. Absolutely outstanding.

Review 20：First the restaurant is superb The hotel is beautiful and we were able to enjoy the outdoor space connected to our room. Even the baby crib was beautiful. The staff and especially the Chef went out of their way to be helpful with our travel plans. Lecco is not touristy and has a nice laid back nightlife. Easy access to Bellagio by ferry. Easy access to Milan by train.

Review 21：Language skills of all staff (except one) was very limited which made it difficult to connect beyond the obvious. All attention and effort goes into the restaurant, the hotel part has no 'soul'.

Review 23：If you don't have a car getting around can be a little tough. The public busses and of course the trains are their but take some getting used to and has it's growing pains. Once you get the hang of it then it's not so bad but does make for a long day. We saw it as a temporary setback and really enjoyed making new friends and just doing what the locals do.

Review 24：I loved the service, the food, my bed, my room, the balcony, the view, the owners! Best kept secret in Lecco. The locals come here to eat! The neighborhood was awesome. Go down to the local market and get some supply's. Around the corner is a quaint bar with bocce ball lanes. The locals are awesome! Felt right at home even if you don't speak the language. I love this place and would go again! I can't say enough about the owners, Geovoni and Barbie! Two of the most gracious and hard working people you will ever meet. Thier hospitality and friendliness is refreshing!

Review 26：Owner/Chef Gianni and his staff will make you feel like royalty! I can truly say this was one of the finest stays in an Albergo I've ever had. Service and kindness of the staff was on par with The Four Seasons or The Ritz Carlton chains. But here you have the personal feeling so lacking in those big resorts. Stay here, please! You will not be disappointed.

Review 27：The Bell outsider our room... Playing at the most odd Times'. In the staff only one person could speak a little english wich made it very hard to communicate, we usel google translate a fel times. All of the menues was italian... That made it very hard. When u reserve a table for the nigt( a good idea to do because the place is orten crowded) loan the menu up to your room to translate it . P.s the food is amazing!

Review 28：The hotel was very modern and the rooms where amazing. Not to big wich we liked a lot, very familiar. The straff was amazing and not to big , thea where trying to help u in any Way possible. The hotel also had a very Nice restaurant with wonderful food. The breakfast was amazing to! Yes it was a bit outsider the city but if u walk 500m u come to a bus stop and take bus 1 then u Will be in the center of lecco in 10 min. (Bus costs 1,5 € / person and u pay with coins inside) . And the hotel had a outstanding icecream bar just 100 m from the hotel , must try!

Review 29：Location was nothing spectacular but it was okay as it was just a stopover for us. Internet connection was very poor, on and off. The lady at reception apologised and told us it was an unusual problematic day. The air-conditioning took some time to cool the room, maybe because it was a rather hot evening and the room is really so big...

Review 30：This hotel is 3-star possibly because it doesn't have swimming pool, gym and that kind of facilities but... this could be the best ever room you'll stay in! Huge room, big bed, all so modern, wow! Staff was very helpful and attentive. Good breakfast, yummy toast served. We didn't try the restaurant but it must be something special (perhaps somewhat pricey...) as it was crowded in the evening and from the cars parked you could guess it's chic! :)
