Review 1：Incredible service and attention to the needs of guests. My Daughter-in-law's wedding ring fell in the bathroom sink. Even though it was the busy dinner time, the hostess/co-owner came immediately with help to retrieve the ring! She saved the day and allowed us to enjoy a gourmet meal prepared by a great chef at the hotel!

Review 3：Everything! The wellness centre had 3 different types of saunas, a heated indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi and was the perfect way to unwind after a great day of skiing. The restaurant was superb - it's rated a Michellen star for a reason. Their breakfast spread was also the best we've had in Italy by far. We'd go back and do it all again if we could!

Review 8：The family room in the hotel was absolutely perfect (with two kids) and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were fantastic and we had a wonderful stay. Couldn't have been better.... very reasonably priced for how good it is. I can't comment on the Annex as I didn't see it but would highly rev omens the family rooms in the hotel.

Review 9：Long walk up the stairs to the annex apartments. A sleeping couch with thin madrases in the apartment does not match a four star hotel. The hotel and restaurant is a bit dark with no views.

Review 10：The hotel was situated in a nice quiet area within close distance from the ski lift. A very nice breakfast with lots of healthy food. A super cook who really knows how to make gourmet food.The hotel is kept clean and nice.Comfortable linen and duvets for the beds.

Review 11：Very snowy and therefore access was difficult, maybe hotel needs to send out instrcutions on how to get there if roads impassable. The shower was a bit rickety....however good stream of hot water!

Review 15：The hotel is a family run business and it showed. The staff were courteous and professional as were the owners. The owners were keen that we enjoyed our stay and were extremely helpful. The room we had in the hotel was beautiful and clean and the food excellent. The spa is very relaxing. We will stay there again.

Review 16：We stayed in an annexe room that was a bit too small that had a bed settee. This was very uncomfortable, but was our own fault for not spending more for the larger room.
