Review 1：Having read some of the other reviews we approached with some misgivings but it was a fine hotel and perfect for an overnight stop. The staff were very attentive and friendly, the bedroom spacious and wonderfully warm on a wet cold November night and a fine meal to have downstairs. Breakfast was great with fresh orange juice and fruit and eggs and cheese too (as well as the usual sweet Italian fare) which suited us better. Secure parking a bonus and the motorway handy for travelling again the next day. All in all very good value for money and provided all we needed.

Review 4：- all is old, uncomfortable and has seen the best time years ago - strange and strong smell in the corridors and rooms like another (perhaps worse) smell has to be predominated - next to the normal cutlery the latest IKEA chic can be found in the breakfast room - my wife ordered once a fresh boiled egg and instead of doing exactly that the lady in the breakfast room has warmed-up a cold egg that was boiled earlier - the cappuccino is okay but the caffe americano is not to drink - never had such a bad experience in a 4* hotel and even the low prize is not worth it (better stay in a 3* hotel in or around Asti) - arco does not work all the time and can only be regulated at the reception

Review 6：The hotel and bedroom was spacious and very clean . The staff were courteous and helpful,the reception staff spoke good English which made it easier . We used the hotel for an overnight stop to our destination and it served the purpose .

Review 8：We were travelling from France to southern Italy, so this was a convenience stay. The hotel was close form the motorway, and only a short walk into the centre of town, so suited our needs.

Review 10：Restaurant was value for money, high quality food, with very good waiting staff. Receptionists were all very pleasant. Good sized, comfortable rooms. Walking distance to town centre, and close to autoroute.

Review 24：The hotel had a function and we could not park, which was difficult with two disabled passengers. Also, the desk wanted to keep our passports, which they put in pigeon holes behind reception. No-one was on reception, which was easily accessible. This concerned us so we asked reception to take copies, which they did. We think it a bad policy to keep passports rather than take copies as a matter of course.

Review 25：Breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast lady was incredibly helpful making coffee and bowls of fruit for us. We couldn't speak Italian and she couldn't speak English, but we have to say she looked after us so well we felt very special and have no hesitation in complimenting the hotel on its choice of staff in this case.
