Review 1：Placement of AC is not good. You can feel cold air on your face when sleeping. This has reduced comfort considerably. The hotel also seems to still have some renovation (or construction?) works going on. I could sometimes hear hammering on the walls. Backup generator produced lot of noise (if you stay on side of building that is close to it) when the electricity failed. Food (breakfast) presentation needs much improvements, although the taste is okay to me.

Review 2：Very good location. Close to many places that you will visit when you are in a new town. The hotel was newly launched (Nov 2015) so the facility is brand new.
