Hotel Arlecchino sells fast on our site. Just a 15-minute drive from the Swiss border, Arlecchino is in Madesimo, located right by on the town’s ski slopes. It features a sauna, indoor pool and well equipped fitness center.
Rooms are simply decorated and feature light-wood walls and carpeted floors. Each one comes with cable TV and a private bathroom complete with toiletries and a hairdryer. Some rooms have a mountain-view balcony.
The restaurant at Hotel Arlecchino features a traditional wooden dining room and serves mountain specialties and Lombardy cuisine. A varied continental breakfast is available every morning.

Review 1：Unpolite staff, dirty rooms, poor bathroom (toilet's cap is falling on you while you sit), old and not clean furniture.

Review 3：Staff wasn't particularly nice, disappointed with the standard of some of the rooms. Breakfast were not only boring, but a lot of products were missing (no eggs, unless you pay etc.) and only 1 coffee machine available for the guests.

Review 5：The disco under the hotel was very noisy, my friend said it played until 5 am. The breakfast (www ere on a B &B stay) wasn't as good as we expected. It lacked decent cereals, rice crisps?, only one coffee machine, poor bread, They also wanted too charge for everything else, like parking 8 euros a day, swimming/sauna each 8 euros. Sports massage was very good though.
Review 6：The location was superb, literally a walk across the road and we were on the snow. The ski hire shop was next to the lift station as was the ticket office. Easy to walk down into town to shop and look around.
Review 7：Small room, old fasioned, reception staff not so friendly. But generally hotel has very good relation quality to price.

Review 9：The staff were distant and very slow to process check ins and departures. They did not have credit card facilitie even though I had checked before I arrived - and sent me downtown to the atm to withdraw cash. I waited over 20 minutes for the lady on duty before she arrived at the reception desk to process my departure - which I feel is unacceptable - and someone else was waiting to check in after me so was also left waiting.

Review 18：The hotel is dated and uncomfortable. It's only saving grace isit's proximity to a chair lift. The rooms are tiny, poorly laid outand the beds brought on a nasty back ache. The breakfast was terrible.No fresh juice was on offer just sickly sweet orange squash with cheapprocessed ham and cheese , is this really Italy! I thought to myself .
Review 19：The price is too high compared to services. The wellness is poor and notincluded in the roomprice. Sauna, fittness room is closed for children,pool only with swimming caps...what you can buy for 5euro. But they areused ones!:-(
