Review 1：Wifi did not work in the apartment, you had to be outside near it which was unacceptable. However staff were able to explain the reason behind this problem!

Review 2：Lovely views, staff very helpful and friendly. Kids enjoyed swimming, playing football and tennis. Lovely views of the vineyards!

Review 5：You have to go downstairs and outside for the wifi to work which is a bit of a hassle. Wifi was a bit unreliable. Other than that, we all loved the place and it was a great central location for exploring so much of Tuscany and yet not far from Florence.

Review 6：The location was a bit remote and private which we loved. Awesome views, quiet, lovely setting (furnished terrace, pool); loved the wine tasting tour and the very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in the the 3-bedroom apt; it was perfect for our needs.

Review 7：Excellent location to explore the Chianti region and visit iconic places like Uffizi in Florence. Wonderful old buildings with modern comfort. Friendly, capable and helpful staff, provided advice by email before arrival and made sure everything was right.

Review 8：-It is a bit of a drive back so just be prepared. A little difficult to get there especially if going into to town for dinner and wine. -Only WiFi is outside of office not in apartments

Review 11：Location was fantastic (middle of vineyard), staff was excellent and super helpful. We had such a good time in Tuscany mostly bcos of them. They suggested best restaurants, made all the reservations and went out of their way to help us. Property is also great and our room was quite nice and well maintained.
