Review 1：We had a very nice stay at this hotel. We booked a triple room for a reasonable price. Our room was big and clean. The staff was very helpful. Included breakfast was varied and the Wifi worked all the time.

Review 2：The free wifi is extremely slow and very painful to use. Obviously you can pay to have the speed upgraded - I don't like this!! Just give me the good internet straight up! Also the hotel resturant, bar and room service are not avaliable on the weekends which was extremely inconvenient.

Review 3：Great hotel that is close to the train station. Very helpful staff and very clean and well presented hotel. The room was large and modern looking. Great bathroom facilities and an opening window. Overlooking the lake which is a nice view. Mini bar and hair dryer were great and the breakfast is as good as you could want. They also offer a free of charge coffe and tea station in the lobby for use all night which was a nice touch. Would reccomend and stay at again.

Bars, restaurants, clean, boulevard, water and the best of it all is that wherever you go, you have a very nice view at the mountains and the water. Review 25：The photo of the location is misleading. The hotel appears to be more isolated than it is. It was very crowded on a busy street and the room was much smaller than we expected. We had spent the night before at the NH in Padua which was so much more plush.

Review 37：The room was very nice. Breakfast was great. But what set this place apart was the personnel at the front desk, especially Patrizia. Our luggage was lost on the flight from the US and we got to the hotel fairly upset. She calmed us down, and sent us with detailed instructions to the only store in town still open at that late hour to purchase some basic clothing. The next morning she spent almost an hour on the phone with the airlines. Finally, she provided great tips, instructions and maps to make our trip most enjoyable (even as the luggage showed up 2 days late). Thanks very much Patrizia.

Millian was great at the reception and guided us well. Review 64：We booked a taxi though the hotel and it charged us €28 for a 4 km ride. When I complained to a lady at the front desk she called the taxi driver to ask why he charged this outrageous amount and he explained to her it was because there was a traffic jam between the railway station from which he had departed to the hotel (a 500 meter distance). The reception lady thought this was a good enough explanation and when I complained it isn't, she asked whether I thought they were taking a commission from the driver. Well... if she put it like that, yes indeed that is of course the impression. She was very upset about this and asked if I maybe also thought they were all mafia. Well,... there again, strangely that thought does appear. On the other hand, the man at the front desk was very pleasant. Breakfast was until 10 and even as the whole restaurant was still filled at that time, punctually at 10 they started to clear everything away. When we arrived at 1:30 the restaurant had closed for lunch, the bar was also closed, there was nothing to be had apart from in the room. Wifi is very slow (as usual in NH hotels).

Review 72：I have stayed here en route to and from Livigno to airports in Milan on five occasions. The reception is always very friendly and welcoming. The selection at breakfast is excellent too. A very comfortable conveniently located value for money hotel.

Review 74：The hotel was well situated only 10-15 minute walk from station by the river and an easy 8-10 minutes or so walk from centre of town. Check in was quick and efficient the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Included breakfast was well prepared and the fresh range of options was good - few hot but most typical continental cold type choices. I did have dinner there too it was convenient with excellent service - there are also numerous choices for dinner in and around the town centre and lake front area. Rail service from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central (45 mins) then change trains for 40 minute train ride to Lecco.

Review 85：We agreed to have a meal on the first night. For 26 euros the meal was extremely over priced, and the steak we had was not particularly very nice. It was served with vegetables, but the amount was very small. Certainly not worth the money. We did not have an evening meal at the Hotel after that.

Review 86：Location of Hotel was very good. Reception staff and cleaners very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and the young lady who was on duty doing the breakfasts performed her duties extremely well, and should be congratulated.

Review 87：Only one downside was the parking situation. They have a small strip of free parking out down the side of the hotel. But it was all full. I dashed in to ask the reception about the parking options... they were helpful but their suggestion of "waiting" for a space to become available seemed like it could be a waste of precious time. There was a garage for 15 euro a day. Don't think it was owned by the hotel. Free road parking was hard to find elsewhere. We found something eventually a few minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was absolutely great so the only way it could be improved really is by having more of their own free, or even reasonably price (e.g. cheaper than 15 euro a day) parking. Overall, not a major negative though.

Review 88：They upgraded our room for free to a Junior suite. It was fantastic. Perfect night's sleep after a nice shower. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great value. We also ate in the hotel restaurant and thought the food was very good too. Would recommend very highly.

Review 112：Not exactly a problem, but the TV in the room was a classic CRT television. Sometime the hotel will need to equip all rooms with flat screen TVs. Again, not a problem for us at all.
