Review 1：It was a very successful and fun week, but I have some small suggestions that would have made the stay much more convenient. For example, the WIFI was very poor. I paid for professional coverage, and found this to be even poorer than the free coverage, therefore I continued to use the "free" code. I found it very inconvenient that we could not use our credit card for all payments, nor bill our purchases in the mini mart and restaurant to our account. I would also suggest that the reception sell a wider selection of maps of the area (and of Northern Italy) as these are so useful, and the WIFI is so poor, so we need to use old fashioned maps. I also suggest putting up a little sign in English listing special services we may not be expecting that are available , e.g. Our office can help you with many things e.g. 1. book your opera tickets in Verona 2. help you with bicycle rental 3. etc. etc
