Review 1：the first dispointment are they did not write the price correctly for public holiday and after we check out the said the diffrent price for 31st dec and wasn't in the writeing so thats no good for customer we pay what is in the price list not on the suprice list very disspointed will not stay there again thank you verymuch

Review 3：The woman reception was not so friendly. We need to wait 2hours only for wait they prepared our room. And she didnt tell us when its ready. I need to ask by my self with the man staff. And he say sorry for the inconvenient.

Review 7：The bed sheets were dirty or were not cleaned properly - spots of dirt or oil. The cutlery, spoons and forks in particular, was oily and not cleaned properly (we even wondered if they did not wash them at all). The noise from the corridor and the other rooms could be heard from our room. Our room was next to house keeping office. We could hear their activities-bum bum tac tac.. and talking and shouting and laughing.

Review 9：Unattended left over food plates and drinking glasses along the 5th floor corridor outside room's door. Me myself i put it outside the room no.528.... even though i came back at night from sightseeing, the leftover were still outside my room. What happen to the housekeeping department?

Review 11：As we check out, the receptionist staff asked if we consume you c1000 from mini bar. Our answer was no. And suddenly the bill of mini bar was cancel. It also happened with the guy next us, who also want to check out. It a bit weird, I don't really understand if that was a mistake or it was a mini bar scam modus of the hotel staff.

Review 12：1. Toilet - no rack to put the soap,shampoo in the shower . We have to put the things on the toilet floor. Why no rack or soap dispenser? Shocking. 2. Should have facilities, another small tap, for Muslim to take uduk in the toilet. Not proper to use the sink.

Review 14：The hotel is very new, I heard opened 1 mth plus, the toilet is using shower type, should has the soap holder to hold the soap detergents. Hope the management can improve the television signal(got signal interference while watching) & the wi fi is very weak in the room, not easy to serve internet.
