Review 1：The food. Breakfast was possibly the most basic continental we've ever encountered - only cereals were own label cocopops and cornflakes. Most people were on half board set meal dinners and we tried both this and the a la carte option but it was all very average.
Review 2：The staff. Andrea the manager couldn't have been more helpful when we encountered a couple of problems during our stay. He really went out of his way, even finding a garage that could sell us snow chains when a particularly heavy snowfall left us facing a hairy journey back to the airport.
