Review 1：No welcome at all on first coming. Staff's services, especially receptionist. Smell not good in toilet room. Not comfort with situation in lobby.

Review 3：Not only here, but always with Amaris, I come home tired and want to get into my room. My key card have to be reactivated first. Down gain and waiting for someone to reactivate te key card. Why this when I already have paid for my whole stay?
