Review 1：Staff didn't seem to care that we were there at all. Just a few little things that were not expected when you pay that much per night like having a sofa or couch, not having to go and ask for a second roll of toilet paper when the only one runs out, having a fridge that will cool a bottle of beer in less than 24hrs. We may as well have been camping

Review 3：Superb location in the picturesque Tuscany region. The Staff was cooperative and helpful. Must have a hired car and a GPS to reach the property. All in all great value for money.

Review 6：Set in the heart of the Chianti area, this farmhouse is ideal for being very central for anyone visiting different places in Tuscany. It is only a short distance out of a main road, and therefore very safe and easy to reach. It offers beautiful scenery, a large playing area for kids, bbq facilities and a very well kept pool and deck area. Moreover, there is a very good restaurant very close to the farmhouse.
Review 7：We were a little disappointed. For a self catering facilities were sparse. No electric kettle, no toaster, no washing machine, and no couch. We had to sit around the kitchen dining room table. If your from Italy and are coming for a weekend it would be easy to bring things to help with your self catering. We were not. There was one toilet roll supplied for five of us for four nights, no cleaning products accept for dishwashing detergent and broom and if you did not clean there were ants everywhere! Internet worked occasionally and was very slow when it did. Staff were not all that friendly. Always had to go ask about everything. No information given about their wine tasting or what was good to see in the area. Absolutely no self promotion about their winery or the area here.

Review 9：We could not get the wifi to connect, even though the box is in theapartment. There wasn't any tea or coffee, but we had brought ourown. I misinterpreted the website, and believed the restaurant to be atthe hotel. It is in the city, but not a part of the hotel.
Review 10：The place was lovely and tranquil. The pool was beautiful, if not a bitof a walk from the apartment we had. The wine tasting room is beautiful,and was opened up just for us.
Review 11：Magnificent views on the whole Elsa Valley, the garden and the pool available for the visitors, very well equipped kitchen, lots of space in the apartment, last but not least - wine tasting on the spot!
Review 12：There is no toilet near to the swimmingpool. Some apartments are in normal houses in the village and don't have the terrific view of the pictures. These apartments are about 300m from the swimmingpool (a beautifull walk)

Review 17：Quiet and great price!! We were generously upgraded to the Superior 2 bedroom apartment and the views of Tuscan hills were stunning. Amazing sunsets every night. The bedrooms were huge! We had a cot and crib in one, with plenty of extra room. The living/kitchen area is small, but why would you hang out there with such a beautiful patio with views!? Thought with the title of "farm" we could have shown the kids some animals, but none. Enjoyed the wine tasting and offsite restaurant that is a 5 minute walk. Great location to explore San Gimignano, Siena, and Florence.

Review 21：Power failure from 230am till check out time. Since there was no direct line to reception and our apartment was in a separate location, called owner's mobile to no avail but owner claimed did not receive the call. No spare toilet roll at apartment and the balsamic vinegar I bought there was 70% more expensive than in Siena town. Wine tour was done briefly indoor and wine tasting was very rush.

Review 23：The apartment was very well located in a peaceful area - just perfectto relax and enjoy your vacation with whole family. Because of our"out-of-season" stay we had whole garden and swimming poolprivately for us. The price was more then friendly. Our feeling ofthe stay was just perfect.

Review 26：We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Gerbera unit we stayed in was large , attractive & close enough to the excellent pool area. Good kitchen facilities were provided but with a couple of lovely restaurants a few kilometeres away in Barberino we didnt cook much.We made day trips to Florence , the Chianti area & San Gimignano - all within less than an hour's drive.In addition the Sant' Appiano area was good for walking & running and to top it off staying in a high quality vineyard made our stay very memorable. Highly recommended

Review 28：The view was incredible. Lots of room for your money. No shower but of all the places we stayed, this is the place we said we could see staying there again for an extended amount of time. Quiet and peaceful. Staff wonderful. Farm has been in existence since 15th century.
Review 29：Fairy tale in Toscana.... We stayed only one night but we enjoyed: the nature, the view to the vineyards, the beautiful swimming pool, an excellent restaurant nearby... The old wine cellar of the owner is a rarity that you must see, and the vine...

Review 34：Absolutely wonderful apartment which felt like home. Extremely spacious as we had the quadruple apartment with one bedroom, a spacious living room/dining room & fully equipped kitchen. As it is a self reliant rental, you will need to pick up some tp is needed & I recommend bringing a few garbage bags to sort your recyclables from bio garbage instead of having to buy a box of them during your stay. The family is wonderful and accommodating. We enjoyed a free wine tasting with a bus tour that passed through & was so wonderful to walk back to the apartment afterwards ;) Excellent location to day trip in the Chianti region and further south to Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Montichiello, etc. The restaurant is fabulous, family friendly, speaks English & makes you feel at home- reservations needed! I cannot recommend this stay enough, it was wonderful all around.
