Review 1：breakfast is very simple The shower current was low no minibar

Review 2：A nice hotel to spend a night or two, we only stayed a night while passing by the area. The room is big and clean. The owner which is also in the front desk is very nice and also let us use his fridge.

Review 3：The road leading into town is dangerous to walk along but there are walking paths being put in around the area so I think that is being addressed.

Review 9：Staff is very friendly and ready to help, speak good English and French, the room is big and very clean. The location is perfect if you are traveling in the region by car. Private and free parking makes things easier. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. In some rooms categories the air conditioning is not included in the price, but you can have it for 5 Euros per night, which is more than ok, but I did not pay atention to that when I booked.

Review 10：It is on a main road, so although late at night it is quiet, from 6am ifsleeping with the windows open as we did, the traffic is a littlebothersome. Based on value for money, again, I would be happy to stayhere next time.

The basicconversation at breakfast with the staff added a more personal touch,and they were extremely nice despite not speaking much English and withour lack of Italian. Would definitely recommend it based on value formoney, you get what you pay for, and it is a good base for exploringFlorence, Sienna and the Tuscan hills.
