Review 1：On 2nd day, milk not complimentary - first time we experienced this. Cook away and no meals available

Review 3：Extremely disappointed with Bookings.com and the Motel and the reception we received. Apparently for a couple with a teenage son, we selected the wrong room type on-line, something the owner already knew before we arrived!! Even thou we had rang to confirm our booking on Thursday for the Saturday night. The receptionist confirmed we were booked in, with a double bed and a singe and even what room we would be in. Upon arriving, it was expressed a number of times that we had booked the wrong room type, a triple. The only way the Manager could have know this was by our confirmation phone call, which he said he knew nothing about and how we could have saved ourselves $15.00!! I found the owners to be condescending, overbearing, and not willing to listen to me. They placed the majority of the blame on the new Receptionist and bookings.com, oh and I had to take responsibility for the mistake also!! However, I was offered a pen as compensation for the mix-up!! They couldn't refund the $15 because bookings.com charge them $25 a booking. So no we didn't enjoy our experience, nor will be ever go back!!

Review 5：Hot water not turned on until we requested it! SAVING MONEY. Free small container of milk only available on first night of stay. HAD TO PAY FOR THE MILK THE NEXT NIGHT. Penny pinching by operators!!!

Review 7：The staff went beyond my expectation and were super friendly, the room was spotless and the beds were comfy. If we come back to Warwick we will definitely stay at the Buckaroo. Thanks heaps!
Review 8：Had trouble connecting to the free wifi and eventually purchased my own wifi as could not connect at all though my colleague had no issues with the wifi connection.
Review 9：Room was good size and very clean and well looked after. The owners were very friendly and obliging and nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful place to stay and close to the city centre.

Review 11：The room was very quiet and comfortable with good benchs and seating for either eating, using a computer or watching the TV. The hosts provided an excellent evening meal and were both very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Review 12：Light switch for bathroom on outside which meant that for a trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night you wake your partner when you switch on the light for the toilet. Also old fashioned air cons are noisy but these points are minor

Review 66：This hotel is "a little gem!" 3000kms so far and this is the best motel yet. David personally showed us to our room, make sure we knew where to find things. We ate in, wow! evening meals and breakfast were delicious and very hearty.Although we only stayed for one night, we felt like we were saying goodbye to family the next morning. Most definitely staying here on our way though again - in 12 months time.
