Review 1：We found a note in the room saying if you eat in the room they will charge 5 euro per person. We were pretty cold eating out of our trunk to avoid 20 extra euro. Never seen that before.

Review 2：Great location to get into Venice. Free parking and close to the train. Lovely lovely antique feel. Really felt "Italian."

Review 3：Cheap stay for 2 nights because it was recommended by a Coworker in US. Nice, clean, older antique stuff, good customer services. You can literally get off the train, go to main road and take a right. It's feets away from the bus.

Review 4：Staff ok but not very caring. Very bad wi-fi, abnormal for a 4 star-standard. The heating is controlled by the reception and we didn't get it in the morning.

Review 8：The attic room was not the best accomodation but it had four beds to choose from and we were three. The windows were on the roof and could not be opened when it rained. Breakfast not included.

Review 9：The hotel is in the centre of Mogliano Veneto close to the train station (trains to Venezia) and not far from one of the best pizza restaurants I've ever been to (Da Pino) even compared to Rome.

Review 10：We had requested a 4 am wake up call that didn't come, despite the staff noting it the night before. Also, shuttle to the airport was arranged upon our arrival at the hotel, yet the taxi didn't show. Car personnel indicated they hadn't received a request, yet we had witnessed the call. Not a poor reflection on the hotel at all, just a note to call to confirm the shuttle the night before.

Review 11：Decor was lovely,washroom was modern and very clean, and the entire room felt like I was home. Train ride to Piazzale Roma was a mere 20 minutes away and train station just a five minute walk from the hotel.

Review 16：After several years of visiting Hotel Villa Foscarini the overall quality is declining. Bed/matras was old and must be urgently renewed. Bathroom not clean, hait and dirt on the floor, one lamp did not burn I asked for a spare lamp at the reception and replaced by my self. Tissue holder was empty. Bulding need cleaar maaintenance like painting etc.

Review 22：My car was hit by another car inside Hotel secured parking while i was out in historical venice city. Inspite of several conversation with hotel only receptionist and even hotel owner, they refused to take take this damage ownership and clearly stated that they are not responsible. Also refused to help me to manage with local police to prepare insurance papers. Irresponsible atitude of Hotel Management

Review 23：The most I liked was the location - 3 minutes walking to the railway station where regular trains to Venice are available. The staff was also very helpfull with all the information one needs.

Review 37：We checked in thinking it was a 4 star hotel. We were really disappointed. It might have been a long time ago, but definitely not now. They didn't have tissues in the room and when we asked for tissue they said it wasn't included. Only had towels for one person when the reservation said 2 guests. The bed wasn't great. Everything is great when you don't assume it's a 4 star hotel.

Review 38：The location is fantastic, very easy to get to Venice. The breakfast was pretty good, except for the coffee which is made by a machine and didn't live up to Italian coffee standards. Parking is free on premises.

Review 74：The Villa grounds, beautiful furnishings and the comfortable sitting and breakfast rooms are just perfect for those who prefer a more authentic Italian experience. The staff speak English and are very helpful and the Villa is very centrally located in this pleasant town . The train station is a very short walk away and only a 15 minute by train trip to Venice all of which means that it's easy to arrive at the Villa by train or car from other parts of Italy and and while there you don't need a car to access Venice.

Review 80：-in the first room we got, the outlet of the shower was totally blocked, so there was a kind of flood after taking normal shower. After advising reception, the receptionist offered us a new room, which we accepted. But was a bit annoying to change a room at 10.30 pm, after coming from shower (attempt of shower), when all your staff is already unpacked around the room. There is no one to help you moving your stuff, because in the evening only receptionist is at the hotel (and of course he has to be in reception). So, we had to go to reception to take a new key and then move to another building. Suggestion: before giving a room to the client, functionality of the toilet/shower/sink should be checked. Still, we got a new, nice room and that is important.

Review 87：It was the perfect location to see Venice without actually staying in Venice. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and about a 20 minute train ride to Venice. The surrounding area is mainly residential, which can be a breath of fresh air after dealing with the tourist traps in Venice all day. If you are looking for an authentic, country Italian meal I highly recommend El Patio, it's a short bus/taxi ride away (4 km)!
