Review 1：A message in advance would have been helpful, but despite not staying in our booked accommodation the reasons for the new arrangements were fair and the solution excellent. Thank you Sylvie and family.
Review 2：On arrival the owner Sylvie was there to meet us. There was a problem because we were the only guests ( low season) and it was not practical to fully heat and staff the place for one night. The solution was to offer us an apartment in the adjoining building or transfer to the Post House nearby in the village which was a considerable upgrade. We stayed at Post House and it was great. We want to stay at this property again when it is open. A good solution for our one night stop over in Pfunds.
