Review 1：It was a shame a light fitting was hanging off the wall exposing cables. We didn't use the pool as it was terribly murky and couldn't see the bottom.
Review 2：Room was a good size, spotlessly clean. A travel cot had been put into the room as I requested and my toddler slept well. Staff were helpful and efficient.
Review 3：Had a problem with switching off the A/C, also the staff was not able to switch it off, so I removed the fuse and the problem was solved :)
Review 4：Good location for exploring the area around Siena and San Gimignano, quiet neighborhood, big parking, close to the supermarket Pam. The GPS didn't bring us directly to the location, but we just followed the street and have found it without any problems. The bathroom was very clean, the room was also clean - but there were some small stains on the wall where guests usually put the suitcases. The breakfast was unexpectedly rich, a lot of options and good taste. The free WiFi had a strong signal and the internet was working very fast without any interruptions. Staff very friendly!
Review 5：The property is much older than in the pictures shown online. The rooms were run down and need some renovation. The pool was grungy and did not look clean.
