Review 1：The room stinked a bit. There were 4 inside pools,but each of them had the same temperature, it was a bit disappointing, at least one of them could have been warmer given there is thermal water in the area. General information on the different type of saunas (.i.e temperature, effect on health) was not published in the wellness area. Choice of food was not really wide at the dinner, there were no fresh tomato, cucumber, salad, and there was no chicken during our 3 nights stay.

Review 2：Modern, clean, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food in the poolbar is excellent. The outside jakuzzi has a really good temperature, even if its cold outside.

Review 3：All - the rooms, spa, resraurant, lobby - was designed perfectly, with style and taste. Rooms are large, spacious and comfortable, equipment is new and everything works properly. The staff is polite and helpful. The food is so delicious like you visit gourmet restaurant. Spa and 5 saunas are beautiful, you fill like in your private place.

Review 6：The lights in our room were kind of puzzling to manage, though nothing serious, more like added fun. The outdoor pool had a swamp monster in it. :) (The water circulator made slurping sounds, killed the mood a bit)

Review 7：We liked just about everything; the interior design is very elegant and modern, our room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view to the outside hot tub. With multiple pools and saunas, the hotel's wellness area is greatly satisfying. We also had free access to the neighbouring spa. We also enjoyed the food in in the restaurant, it was delicious.

Review 9：We had a wonderful experience. The girl at the front desk was very happy to see us and more than happy to explain how everything worked (with the spas and pools etc). Our room was very comfortable and clean. Make sure you try the outdoor spa at night! Also try and get there early so you can enjoy all of the facilities available(pools/spas/saunas)

Review 24：Hotel location is not very close to the center but is directly connected to themain city baths. You can have direct access to the baths if hotel facilities are not enough for you. Although hotel has thermal insde pools, with salt water, radon water, sulf water and a very good sauna area and an outside realx area (which can get noisy because it is right near the public baths). Rooms are nicely furnished, elegant and very spacious and modern. Large balconies with electric sunshades and heating/cooling in the walls. Very comfortable. Restaurant has good food, very good wines. I had halfboard included. Especially nice is the hotel staff which try to adapt to the needs of every guest.

Review 26：We stayed 3 nights in the Imola Platan in Eger. Room was bright and spacious. Nice toiletries. Everything was excellent. The included dinners were amazingly good. Professional service of all personnel. We loved the bicycle rental from the hotel to visit the town and the szépaszonyvölgy! Enjoyed the spa in the evening. Great breakfast too.

Review 28：This is a superb hotel with excellent staff & service. Our bedroom was v. roomy & comfortable. We had booked two nights DBB but on the way to Eger we had a serious road accident and my wife was kept in hospital for the two nights. I had been released too late for dinner on the first night. Despite all this we only paid for what we had. My dinner on the second night was superb and the breakfast spread was v. v. good. The staff were v helpful as I was hobbling about and needed taxis to go to the hospital.

Review 29：There are some small things which could improve the overall impression big time: a hotel of this class should distribute toiletries much more liberally - it is unacceptable to have no soap in the public toilettes and to have only a small bottle of shower gell in the room (two persons in the room); in a spa hotel the towel policy should also be more liberal - twoels should be everywhere, they should be big and fluffy and AVAILABLE [each guest gets a towel card from the reception and must give it in exchange for the towel - such policy doesnt really work in a good hotel with respectable customers]; there should be bottles with water and lemon or cucmbers or oranges all over for the guests to refresh themselves during the day in the wellness; bawls with fruits around the wellness area and the hotel would also be a good touch [i am not making this up, just describing a similar type hotel in Austria]. Single beds are narrow. Sweet pastries should be added to breakfast offer

Review 33：We spent a nice stay at the Hotel Platán. The Hotel Platán offers great wellness, fantastic food, friendly staff and parking in garage. The possibility of entering into the town's thermal baths - everything was perfect.

Review 41：A modern, well-designed hotel with friendly helpful staff, good cooking from the restaurant and excellent spa facilities. The location is c.10 mins walk from Eger centre with the Thermal Park gardens next door which you can walk through to get there.

Review 48：The room we initially got was very cold and adjusting air conditioning didn't help, but they gave us another room when mentioned at the reception. There was an issue with paying with K&H Szep card, you have to know your password to be able to use it (which is usually not required).

Wifi worked well in both the room and other places in the hotel. The free entrence to thermal baths was very appreciated. The hotel is just next to thermal baths and the entrence to thermal baths is from the hotel garden.

Review 51：We stayed 3 days and we received only one small (35 ml) bottle of shampoo and one of shower gel per room. There was nowhere mentioned that we may ask for more, therefore we did not ask and used our own toiletries.

Review 52：The Spa center is very clean and relaxing and this was the main reason we selected the hotel. From the hotel there is a direct access to the Eger thermal baths. The hotel is of a very modern design and the food served in the restaurant is of very good quality.

Review 99：This hotel was incredible. It is places in the middle of the neighborhood without any sign that there would be a hotel. Hotel is relatively new (build 2012) and it was designed with comfort and style in mind. It is mainly for adults and for relaxation. Includes a nice inside wellness area with few pools, several saunas and some outside space (grass, pool, etc). There is free parking and free (working well) WiFi. I was very pleased and I will go there again, any time I can.
