Review 1：There's a little trouble when I tried to open my room. The door must be pushed strongly, because the key system or its lockcase of the keycard.

Review 2：The price of this hotel is quiet cheap . Room is clean and the location of the hotel is near main road that easy to reach.

Review 3：I requested breakfast but theydidnt even answer my request also they didnt have telephone in room and there was no tv channels also didnt provide chutle bus to airport as mention on the website

Review 5：I didn't like that my AirConditioner wasn't prepared before I checked in. The aircon was leaking by the time I came into my room. But the staff handled it fine, would be better if that didn't happen.

Review 7：The room and everything else is clean but the yellowish towel. I suggest you to bring your own if you have some kind of allergy or cleanliness freak. We booked four nights room more than a month before arrival. We mentioned about our early check-in around 11-12 pm. Then we got there at 12.30 pm but the receptionist said that they couldn't let us check in. We had to wait until 2 pm. I didn't get why they ask for our arrival time if they couldn't even process early check-in. Since we were not the only ones waiting until 2 pm for checking in, we went out by taxi and feel so disappointed. If we have been informed about this, we wouldn't spend more money directly go to hotel from the airport. We would go anywhere else and check in later. At another budget hotel, they have early check in service for free, unless they were full occupied. And they would tell you before. The most important thing to remember, bring your own toiletries and shower cap. Funny that they have hairdryer in the room but have to buy a very simple shower cap at the reception.

Review 8：Location is near minimart and lots of food trucks. Staffs are friendly and fast responding. Hot water is savior because of the bad wheather and smoke in Palembang, we often took a bath in the middle of night. Air con is good. View is good. We got higher floor as we asked before.

Review 9：The Red Planet was very clean, very good value for money, and very well equipped. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially the reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and were always willing to help. The laundry service provided is one of the best I have encountered on numerous trips abroad. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, comfortable hotel in Palembang.

Review 10：It seems clean as most of the stuffs are decorated in white. But mostly some dirt/spots are found on the bed sheet/bed cover.

Review 23：We have to buy even for shower cap,the rate hotel to high for budget hotel. No doorman at the entrance hotel and the door isn't automatic door. One of the lady at the reception so rude., we are staying for 2 night at the hotel..and we asking for late check out till 2pm...we have to pay 40 000 rupiah... We call housekeeping asking for borrow some glass or cup...unbelievable we have to deposit 50000 for borrow only 1 empty glass....crazy hotel !!! Will not stay at this hotel anymore....

They lied as well initially to say they never received and email to change the dates of booking (no confirmation was received or acknowledgement sent back) so when I arrived I argued this. I sent this through to two email addresses which were also confirmed by the receptionists. Incompetent.

There are convenience stores and famous restaurants around the hotel. The location's great, near almost all landmarks we want to visit in Palembang

Review 29：That's my first time stay at the Tune hotel Palembang the hotel looks new, very clean & comfortable, the front Desk's very friendly & help me well I got room at 310 however it's little bit noisy because I need quiet room after my long trip then I asked the reception for moving the room she suggested me at higher floor room1001 that's great number with city view you could enjoy the beautiful of Palembang city there & thank you for Rinta probably I'll be back & take that room next year
