Review 1：After coming from a B&B or a two, three star hotel, that place was perfect, compared to its offer for its price. So I didn't like that people didn't like this place.

Review 2：Room quality, cleanness, temperature, breakfast, location, extremely kind staff, basically everything about the room and the hotel were quite fine.

Review 8：The room itself was dated. Needs a renovation badly. They have to do something about the old smell too. Air ventilation is poor. We had to leave the windows open when we left the room so as not to feel stuffy when we got back. Pillows were too flat, not comfortable at all. Breakfast was mediocre. Small variety of cold hams/meats.

Review 10：I liked only the location. Its a shame such a nice hotel is kept in that bad condition. Its a shame also that booking. Com does not inspect hotel before declare as a four star hotel. Even 2star is not right.

Review 12：Quadruple room available for families with children. Train station at 5 min walk away from Hotel and a little half an hour direct to Venice. Quiet town and good restaurants.

Review 13：Price was very low - but in my opinion the hotel does not deserve more than 2**. And for 2* price is just acceptable but not attractive. The hotel looks really tired. It is located at a strongly transited street. At the ground floor there is an open bar with techno music, so if you want to sleep you can forget about it. I suppose last modernization was ~ in the 70’s, it reminded me a grandmother’s flat actually. Kitsch!!! The carpet is not laid well. There are holes in the walls everywhere. By the radiator, by the shower, etc. Paint job was done quickly, poorly and cheap. Paint is overall over the door handle, over the bathroom walls, over the carpet etc.The shower tap is losse. The shower is calcified. I found hairs that didn’t belong to me. The air condition is really old and very loud. TV named “Imperial”. Walls and doors are dirty (grey/black stains). Silicone joints are disgusting. The cable and plug of the hairdryer in the bathroom look dangerous. The hair dryer itself is dirty. The plasterwork is a really bad job. The paint on the ceiling breaks in pieces. The door stopper is just a dangerous screw screwed into the floor. What else can I say? If you go for business, you will surprised they call that a 4**** hotel. If you want to enjoy holydays, you will be disappointed.

I understand it's old-fashioned way, but dirty walls, water marks on ceiling, air con full of dust, overall painting of walls by hand was very poor including the doors too, GARBAGE just below our window, very poor breakfast, noise from other rooms. DEFINITELY not for a recommendation!

Review 18：- comfortable getting to Venice - great and helpful stuff - the onliest hotel which congratulated us and provided with special facilities because of honey moon - pizzeria and cafe with normal prices near the hotel - we had very early check out and hotel open for us dining room with just cooked and prepared breakfast . Guys , you are the best !!! I haven't seen such behavior before.

Review 23：The only weaker point was the breakfast. No vegetables were offered.Also no warm dishes. We would not expect it from 4* hotel. But colddishes were ok, fresh and tasty. Wide choice of sweet pastrycompensated all cons.

Review 24：There were no major issues. The biggest advantage was it its closenessto Venice. Bus and train stops are max 15 min walking distance. Also forthose with car. You can park in Venice for 23-25 eur for 24h. Or taketrain or bus to Venice for 5 eur return ticket. Last train from Veniceto Mogliano Venetto is at 23:00. Bon voyage!

Review 26：A perfect location (near raiway station) only 5 minutes walk, very good neighborhood with lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel is very good organized and the employees are very kind, pleasen, profesional and always ready to help you.

Review 27：Heavy base could be heard from bar till late on two nights , I know it is," all about the base no treble", but it was trouble for me, may be I am getting old and need to get out more, and get back late.

Review 30：The hotel is very close to Venice by train ( about 20 minutes) and costs 2,5 euro. The station is very close to the hotel, about 5 minutes walking threw the beautiful Mogliano Veneto. The room was really spacious and clean. The bathroom looked also good, with a huge mirror. The staff was nice. The breakfast had high quality products.

Mogliano is good basis for visiting Venezia (15 minutes by train) or Verona, Udine, Vicenzia. … Hotel has great location for above mentioned purpose. It is 100 meters away from bus station (that have buses for Venezia) as well as about 350 m from train station. The connection with St. Lucia is excellent. I had spacious 3 bed room. Room is nice. Hotel has large, safe parking (I traveled by car). Breakfast is OK. There are couple of restaurants and patisseries near the hotel.

And under the age of 30 function starting at 10.30pm. A network company trying to sell them airtime went on till gone 1pm. Breakfast very poor choice for continental and the waitress could do to smile in the morning.

Review 71：1. We ordered tea from the bar one evening and the barmaid was more interested in talking to a male customer and made the tea with hot water from the tap instead of water that had been boiled. 2. On our last night (Thursday 20th September) we went to bed at 9.30pm because we had a very early start on Friday to get to the airport. At 10.00pm very loud music started in the bar - our room was on the first floor above the bar. When it was still continuing at 11.00pm I phoned reception to ask how long it was going to go on. I was told midnight so I asked if the receptionist thought that it was acceptable that paying guests had to put up with the music until that time - especially the volume of it. He agreed that it was not acceptable but said that there was nothing that he could do about it and suggested that I pass my complaint on to his colleague in the morning. I was very angry about this and upset, as up until that point we had been very happy with the hotel. I did speak to the receptionist in the morning but he basically would not talk about it at all and would not accept any responsibility at all - he just kept saying that the receptionist who I had spoken to at 11.00pm would be in at 7.30am and he was not prepared to talk about it. We had to leave at 7.00am so were not able to do this. I find this attitude totally unacceptable and for that reason would only recommend this hotel on the understanding that this may happen again.

Review 72：I would recommend this Hotel but with reservations (see below). It is very convenient for the local train to Venice/Treviso, very clean and the reception staff are, in the main, polite and friendly (again see below). The breakfasts were fairly plain but sufficient and the hotel was good value for the money.

Review 73：In the hotel we were robbed, it is very hard to write positive reviews. During the day disappeared from our room and from the luggage one of 7 hidden € 50 banknote. On the door was "do not disturb". Staff stepped in and did something in the room (but not cleaned). Hotel manager explained it very silly. Of course, money didn´t give back to us, something like that at their hotel can´t happen :-(

Review 74：The room var very dirty. Batroom was awfull as well. The hot watersystem was broken and the it was impossible to fix the watertemperature. Furniture were very old. Room looked like 2 star hotelroom. Photos in the website and the real room were completelydiffierent. It was not fair !!!Finally, this hotel should be delisted from Booking.com hotel list. At least it shouldnt be classified as 4 star hotel. It should be 1 or 2,5 star.
