Review 1：The bed was a bit too soft for our taste.

Review 2：The restaurant of the hotel was just great, service was very kind, good choice of food and vine beutifully served and really tasty.

Review 6：We bought tickets for the spa through this hotel. It offers a very minimal discount but the tickets are only for 3 hrs and the spa will charge a very high price for every 20 min past the 3 hrs. Would have been better to buy tickets directly from the spa and gotten a longer use. Spa staff very rude and unhelpful.

Review 7：We ended up with the suit as that was the last room available and it was only for 1 night. Then we moved to a Zimmer. The suit was spacious and with the kitchen we could have cooked a very basic meal but we ate dinner at the incredible restaurant and enjoyed every bite. Breakfast was your average fare. Great location but be prepared to walk a short distance up a pedestrian only zone to get to it. Parking is included but again you need to drive a short distance up the pedestrian zone to get to the garage.It wasn't a problem just took us a bit to figure it out. Some of the staff were friendly, some were not so much.

Review 25：I placed the used towel on the floor to indicate (as requested) to be replaced by a new. Upon my return I found the old towel picked up from the floor and hanging and no new towel. The staff immediately gave me clean towels when I reported this and very nicely apologized.

Staffs probably were listening music before opening and after closing, we felt we were sleeping above a night club....just not nice at all.Next time definitely will ask a room far from the restaurant. And the male staffs were so miserable all the time. But otherwise it is a lovely place, I would recommend.

If i'll be visiting the city again i will definitely be coming here again. the staff were very helpful and spoke English to a very good extent and the rooms are spacious and very well equipped and clean. Rather than wait even longer for our waiter to return to debate this, we decided to forgo a tip and leave. Interestingly had same waiter for breakfast and he very accommodating.

Room was a good size for our family…our unit was on the ground floor and was perhaps a handicapped unit, as doorways etc. could accommodate a wheelchair. Breakfast was fantastic--nice to have the option to order eggs. A trip to the thermal baths is a must-do! Great experience for the entire family.

Review 48：Very kind staff, providing good services including accommodation, catering, etc. During rainy days they advise us different program. The accommodation is nice, enjoyable, close to spa, close to the night life. The kitchen is also very good. I can only recommend this place.

Review 103：A big YES for this place. Location could not be better, the view from the room was awsome: panorama to the castle and cathedral. Rooms are extremly clead and nice furbished. Staff is very kind and attentive, they pay attention also to small details. A plus: I forgot my beloved jacket in the room and they are resending it to me free of charge. If you happen to be in Eger, also don't forget to visit Macok restaurant (in the building of the hotel) and enjoy the nice vine of and delicious food.
