Review 1：Be aware that town is a short drive away. The menu was slightly limited but I believe that may have been partly due to us visiting more outside of season.

Review 4：Everything was awesome- So hospitable and open staff, they did everything to makes us feel comfortable and welcomed. The treatment was super personal and extremely friendly I highly recommend, such a chill relax place with an amazing view.

Review 5：Beds were very uncomfortable. We could feel every single spring in the mattress. I don't know if it was used or just poor quality. They also don't change the beds for the whole stay

Review 6：Location and very friendly staff. Pizza in the restaurant is worth the try. Even though the apartments were full it wasn't crowded. Apartament was spotless.

Review 7：Our only disappointment was that we weren't given an apartment with a view; we could see other families enjoying a lovely view over the countryside but we were on the ground floor looking inwards. We asked to change but they said they were full, although I'd booked the room, asking for a view, three months earlier.

Review 8：This is a nice place, our apartment was spacious, the bedrooms are large and clean, and we all slept very well. The pool is nice and the whole building infrastructure is very pretty. The local Budoni beach is nice, and there are some really gorgeous beaches about 15 mins' drive away (San Teodoro).

Review 9：The mattresses could be more comfortable and the kitchen should be better equipped (i.e. we needed to buy some knives).

Review 10：It is a fabulous place for families with small children. The appartments are spacious and comfortable. They are build in new Sardinian style and are well integrated with the surroundings. They pay big attention on recycling the waste. The pool is great for the children and marvellous fine sand beaches are just few kilomenters away. It is also a good point to discover the North part of the island.

Review 11：Relaxing atmosphere..location...well furnished spacious apartment. Pool perfect size for us and never too busy. Restaurant food excellent. Best of all staff who couldnt do enough for you and very welcoming. Would go back!

Review 12：The place is really lovely but situated quite far from the town so you will need a car for sure. Not a problem at all but travelers should be aware of this. Kitchen were ok with fridge and stove but not much else. Internet working on and off.

Review 14：Beds could be more comfy (although they were pretty normal for Italy if I'm honest). Would be good if a few basics like soap and washing up liquid were provided, particularly for those staying for just a few days.

Review 15：Good standard of accommodation (we stayed in the 2 level studio) which offered value for money. Friendly, helpful staff, fab pool, and lovely (very convenient) restaurant on site. Good location for exploring the stunning east coast (you will need a car though!). Supermarkets, restaurants and stunning beaches only 5-10 mins drive away. We visited with a toddler who had a whale of a time, and we all wish we could have stayed longer.

Review 16：Check the opening date of the restaurant. It wasn't open when we were here in early June and the restaurant was one of our reasons for returning - I was informed it would be open 1st June, but this was an error - we still had a lovely stay, but would come a little later in the season next time. Also, the mattress in our apartment wasn't the best - lots of springs digging in. Perfect apartment otherwise though.

Review 17：This was our second stay. We love it here and will return. It is beautiful, quiet and relaxing.

Review 18：- lack of basic equipment in the kitchen (kettle, microwave) - matresses weren't the best, especially for someone over 6ft.

Review 19：- very friendly staff - lovely view from our apartment - we pay for one room apartment and were given two room instead which was a nice surprise. - delicious pizza in the restaurant (you have to try it!) - we were looking for a quiet spot, outside the city, to relax and it was a perfect choice! (just be careful if you use the sat nav to find this place and drive slowly. the shortest way isn't always the best and you might end up in the water ;)

Review 20：We booked our stay after reading some excellent reviews of Li Troni, and it did not disappoint ! Albino and his staff could not have been more helpful (including baking my Wife a cake for her Birthday whilst we were there ! Thank you again Albino ..). To dispel the (very few) negative reviews; you do not have to drive down an unmade road to find it - ignore your sat nav and approach from Budoni town (only 10 mins away) and all the roads are fine. And no, English is not their first language - they're Italian. But make the effort and you will find you are treated to some free lessons in Italian. That said, when I did ask what some of the choices were on the menu I found the following evening they had reprinted some of the menus in English for us. Lovely location (nicely secluded), very clean, and a great pool that was never crowded (and yes, they do close it in the evening as the restaurant is next to it - do you really want that whilst you eat your dinner ?). Do get yourself a car, Budoni town is down the road with nice shops and a few restaurants if you do want to eat out, and the beach at the end of Budoni is fantastic; white sand, clear water. All of the coastline here is beautiful, and if you do want to go upmarket visit Porto Cervo (or "mini Monaco" as we called it). See you again soon Albino.

Review 21：The mattresses are of poor quality, the kitchen is not fully equipped, bring your own waterboiler, peeler, scissors and bowls.

Review 22：The apartment has spacious bed-rooms, a nice verandah and was very clean. The resort has good facilities like a restaurant, bar and guided pool although it has only 30 apartments. The grounds and buildings are wll designed and well kept. Budoni is just 2 km. away and has the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia. The staff was very friendly.
