Review 1：The hotel wasn't conveniently located for me because I wasn't aware that most train stops to Mogliano were cancelled on a bank holiday.

Review 2：The staff was extremely helpful, the room was very clean. The bed comfortable. The breakfast was varied.

Review 3：Ants in the bathroom. No instructions on how to use heating/ air conditioning. No tea/coffe making facilities in the room but you can request hot water from the staff.

Review 4：Very helpful and friendly staff. Accommodated our requests. Was able to check in early and when we came back afterwards, our luggages were already in our room!

Review 5：bathroom door did not close. Inside the bathroom the door frame was coming away from the wall. (I could see the nails in the wood). Bath/shower was really high to get in and out of. I slipped into the shower and had to use the wall opposite

Review 11：Though it is definitely not the best 4 stars hotel around, considering the price we paid, it was a really good deal, much better than we expected. So, if you need a place to stay for a Venice day trip, this is an excellent choice. The stuff is very helpful-we got all the information needed and the hotel is about 100m from the train station-2 stops from Venice (well, it was 3 stops on the way back - we almost got off at the wrong station).

Review 12：Bathroom was filthy when we arrived. There were long hairs in the shower floor. Bathroom smells really bad! Staff collected €6 when we checked out, she said it's for city tax. But my confirmation from booking.com shows that city tax was included in the room price.

Review 14：I have never in my life heard about a suite where you find the minibar empty, and when you ask for natural water they make you pay for it 1,50€ for the cheapest 0,5 l water there is. Never heard even of a suite with the hairdryer broken and cobweb in the corners of the rooms. And for desert.....ants all over the pavement who said bye bye the morning when we left. A four star hotel?! Don't really think so!!!! The breakfast.....disgusting

Review 17：Good location and value, short hop on train to Venice. Fridge didn'twork but They did replace it since I had medication that needed to bekept cool (injection) the wi-fi only works on ground floor not rooms on2nd floor or above. To upset kids, no FaceTime with granny. Then wejumped in the shower which worked but the slider was broken so ok if uare 3 foot tall, so one hand had to be used to hold the shower head uphigh. Oh not there fault but I got badly bitten and got Chikungunyafever, horrible !! but they don't tell u that in the Venice brochureand theirs a 1 euro tax for staying after they have priced everythingtriple in Venice. Would of thought they would want people to come nottax them for the visit. All in all they did a nice breakfast at thehotel and I got it cheap £51 so cant expect to much. Would return butit's realy only a couple of nights place. Good location :))

Review 18：The receptionist (Valentina) was really great. She also provided maps and info for free. We were able to leave our bags at the reception either after we left the hotel to visit Venice. Train station just next to the hotel and only 20 minutes away from Venice. Grocery stores (Star and Europa Spin) next to the hotel. Fridge in the room. Air working well. Good beds and excellent breakfast. We would give a general 9.

Review 31：Lle da a rhesymol Iawn - a realy good value hotel so handy for Venice and Treviso! The station is 2 mins away and a train to Venice every 15 mins a £2 a person each way! Staff cwrtais a chefnogol Iawn - nothing too much bother for them with advice and local knowledge. Review 35：The only thing I did not really like is the cleanliness. The bathroom sink and everything in the bathroom looked like it was half cleaned....so I did not feel comfortable in it. The furniture and the carpet need some refurbishment. The picture they offer is refurbished without the old carpet but we did not get that type of room.

Review 36：The best feature of this hotel is the proximity to the train station. It is literally 3 min. walk, basically it is around the corner. The car park is free. The people working in the hotel are all so kind and willing to help. As soon as we arrived they offered to help with the train time table. Breakfast is fine, nothing memorable. As we don't eat pork there was nothing much savory to choose from, only one type of cheese. The lady who was taking care of breakfast noticedthat and told us that she would bring warm croissants, which she did. The bed sheets are crisp and clean.

Review 37：It looks like they have a deal with Asian travel agency as we've had groups of 40-50 noisy Chinese tourists in each evening/night of our stay, so not easy to rest/sleep..

Review 39：We don't have any complaints just one suggestion - more staff on the breakfast. We came on our breakfast on Sunday and dinning room looked like we missed a party a day before. Dirty dishes were everywhere: on tables, on sideboard even on the bar on the reception. We were sitting there for a while and we didn't see any waitress/waiter. But food was really goood.

Review 40：We were looking for a cheap hotel near to Venice and this hotel was excellent solution. We got off the train ready to looking for our hotel and the hotel was exactly opposite us, 2 minutes walk from train station. really convenient.

Review 43：This place is more like a youth hostel, noisy from outside and inside as well, they didn't do much in terms of soundproofing. The facilities are of low quality and the WiFi worked extremely poorly. As a youth hostel, it's a good one, as a hotel it failed.

Review 50：train ticket is 4,40 per person (retour). + 1 city tax. So you gonna add on your bill that price. If you are four people then that is almost 20 euros extra per day.

Review 51：The location was good. 1 minute walking to the station and in 25 minutes you are in venice station. Go to the pizza restaurant in the city. I forgot its name but the sell the 1 meter long pizza. order the normal size. best pizza i had in italy.

Review 52：The hotel is really close to train station, it is online 15 minutes by train from venice to hotel. You have to walk only 50 metres to the hotel. Staff was really helpful and rooms were really clean.

Review 63：Have been before to Italy and Venice and expected poor conditions and services but was very positively surprised. Very clean, big room, 2 bathrooms (separate toiled and bathtub !), terrace ! A/C working but not cooling enough. Beds big and very comfortable. Really close to railway station (200 m), trains travel often, I got a timetable from the hotel, train is cheap and arrives directly on Venice Island. Breakfast good, varied enough. Staff good, spoke English easily. Free parking. I understand there may have been a change of owners recently and my floor (1st) was refurbished recently but not all rooms are as good. So all in all our experience was great, the value for money is easily better than what I've seen in Venice.

The room was clean and neat, not over spacious but sufficient. The breakfast was (compared to other hotels in Italy) fantastic - huge and lots to choose from. We were fully satisfied and recalled the Floris Hotel when staying in other facilities across Italy.

Review 66：The shower gave very little water and was not hot. We wanted to turn on the airco but according to the hotel this was not allowed by the goverment, when we asked someone else in the city they could not confirm this.

It's close to the train station (less than 5 mins walk, about 15 mins on train to Venice) Located in a quiet and safe residential area with a supermarket across the street. The beds are very comfortable and the room is impeccable clean. The stuff are very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is delicious and full of choice. We will definitely come back for the third time.

Told staff, they said not to worry about it and that I would not be charged for items already opened but didn't offer to top up items or check faulty minibar at all. Not 4 star. 2/3 star rating at best. Breakfast: Very limited selection in comparison to other 4 star hotels.

And 10 minutes from venice by train. The hotel is friendlyand great value and close to venice. I would definately stay again.

Review 90：The service should be rated as 2 star hotel. There was nobody at thereception after 10pm. It indicated that someone will be back soon, butno one showed up, and I could not ask for any services. Calls to thereception were never picked up. It said that the shuttle bus serviceswere available on the introduction, but there are no such servicesavailable. It was one of the important factor why I chose this hotel,and I am very disappointed that they lied about their service.
