Review 1：The apartment was a bit difficult to find, the streets were narrow and not marked properly. Another (dirt) road leading to the apartment was full of potholes. In our opinion, Umhausen is definitely not the nicest town in the area. Another thing bothering us were the pillows. They were large but very flat, so there was no way to sleep on them comfortably (This is probably a cultural issue, since we've encountered the same type of pillows elsewhere in Germany and Austria)
Review 2：The apartment was large, clean and in excellent condition and the bed was big and comfortable. There was a modern kitchen with with appliances, plates, utensils etc. The place was easily accessible from Sölden where we went to ski. For us the relaxed and quiet location was perfect, but be aware that the place is way outside the ski resorts. The landlady was cheerful and friendly, we even received some Easter treats as a surprise :) The price-quality for the apartment was excellent!
Review 3：We stay only one night but, if you want to go skiing, is better to go with your car, bus station too far.
Review 4：Nice and cosy room, quiet area. The owner ( Elisabeth ) very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. I definitely recommend to stay here.
Review 5：Cold water in the shower!!! We came after skiing day, and we were four and after two first took a good hot shower (using a lot of water to relax the muscles), we were left with water good enough to wash hands, but certainly not enough to enjoy and release tension. Yuk! Our room was pretty cold (as we had separate blankets, it wasn't easy to get warm from each other), the second night we discovered extra blankets and it was OK. our friends from the apartment upstairs said it was so hot they had to open a window. The place also didn't have discounts for ski rent (many of local hotels do)
Review 6：Feels like at home. A lot of small details which give the place family-feeling. Breakfast was good, we couldn't eat half of what was provided. Lady-owner was very nice, and did her best to recover internet (she called the provider several times and eventually wi-fi was back).

Review 9：The only minor issue was distance to the bus stop, about 400 meters. A bit too far to walk in ski boots, did so in shoes. Skied the day with shoes in backpack, no big deal. Maybe 300 meters to the grocery store. Probably wouldn't be as quiet if it was closer to the bus stop though!
Review 10：We were there to ski the area for the week. The breakfast was amazing! Very roomy apartment with well equipped kitchen. Very quiet location, efficient public bus transportation. Small quaint village, with bakery, grocery store, information office. FYI, restaurants only thing open on Sundays! Elisabeth/proprietor was very warm and friendly, did our laundry for us midweek. Would definitely recommend and stay if in the area again. :-)
Review 11：There was a cleaning bill of 40 euros that wasn't included in the total price. This essentially doubled the cost of a one night stay. The very nice lady only charged us 30 euros but it still added a great cost that was not added to the total cost of the accommodation.
