Guests are given a Ritten Card upon arrival, granting free public transport and free entry to Alto Adige’s museums and public swimming pools. Hiking tours are organised twice a week.

Review 1：We are family of 4 and had the two top rooms which worked perfectly for us - they connect via balcony. For older people these rooms may not be ideal as they are three stairs up.

Review 2：Perfect hospitality, most welcoming environment, postcard views, quiet and comfortable. Great starting point for walks which can be made as hard or easy as one wants by using the excellent public transport: local train stops 300 m from hotel. Rare to find hotel with 20 m pool, ideal for some proper lengths. Do book half board - it's worth it.

Review 3：Amazing location with spectacular views of the Dolomites in this family owned hotel on the Ritten mountain above Bolzano. Very friendly, generous hotel owners and staff. Excellent food. Clean and quiet. Nice swimming pool and patios. Easy to get to without a car using gondola from Bolzano (runs every 5 minutes) and small train (every 30 minutes) with free passes from hotel. Many short and long walks and hikes through charming villages, meadows and forests.

Review 6：The room was cold when we arrived even though we previously booked the room. Then we wanted to go to the sauna but they told us it needed more than one hour to get warm. We stayed only one night there and so we didn't even manage to use it. The place is nice but we payed way too much for the service.
