Review 3：Some cigarette smell in hallways from bar downstairs.Apartment was 2-level, with the bedroom on a loft with a steep staircase. Wi-Fi a bit slow.
Review 4：Amazing views of the mountains and meadows from the apartment/balcony, across from lovely St. Nicholas church in Monte di Mezzo; great location for hiking - close to hiking trails including one to the Earth Pyramids; bus stop nearby. Large, clean apartment; well-equipped kitchen; washing machine in basement; towel service; parking; use of pool and sauna at Spogler hotel.
Review 5：Problem was the room design. The cabinet in the room was the "wall" between 2 rooms. When the neighbor open the cabinet door, there was only a 3 mm thick wooden plate as wall. You could hear anything, like it is in your own room. Very ugly with the neighbor I had (not the neighbors fault, they didn't know it). Opened the cabinet door every 10 minutes, put something in, and something out and their kid was looking television. Really noisy that time an din the morning they getting up early and move their things out off the cabinet. A mess

Review 7：The cleanness at bar, when do you enter is not good, but inside the apartment is perfect. Also is important to Inform you that you need to go before in a near hotel to do the check in, it was not a big deal but you fell worrying when you do not know it!
Review 8：Iani, the girl that attend us at Cafe is very nice and friendly, the apartment is clean and nice too, we stay just one night but was pitiful that we do not have more time to spend there. Very beautiful view of mountain!

The lobby of the apartment had a shared door with the bar, the bar was crowded and smoking was allowed there (although I've specified in my search for non-smoking place)2. the window of the children room was facing the "yard" of the BAR and also there people were smoking. 3. one of the BAR clients act very aggressively to me when He was asked by the owner of the bar to remove his double parked car

Review 22：Although this was a self catering apartment one would expect some basic utilities in the kitchen. Kettle and toaster were missing. The lift did not work for the entire stay and we had to take up the luggages up two stairs. The lights went off during one morning and we were stuck for a while in the garage because it was an electric door. There were no staff who could assist us. A less than average accomodation.

Review 25：Perfectly furnished and appointed large self-catering apartment in a chalet, in a dream-like location on a stretch of mountains above Lugano. Great base for exploring the area.
Review 26：Stunning surroundings. Place was well kept and very well outfitted with all of the necessities. Was sorry to only stay one night. It set the standard for the rest of the trip quite high. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Review 27：The apartments are actually above the local pub. On Friday evening it gets crowded with locals, a lot of noise, smoke, alcohol and food smell. There's no staff except a man that trys to help out. The apartment is connected to the Sporthotel 2.5km away. Wifi very slow, sometimes no connection. To get here is also difficult as it's by small winding country road from Bolzano. Takes more than 30min. There's nothing around the apartment - no shops, food, etc.

Review 29：The hotel is very hard to find. Ritten is a large district, not aspecific town. It would be helpful to identify the particular villagewhere the property is located. Once you finally find it, you enter theplace through a truly crummy, smoky bar. The manager didn't seem toknow anything about our reservation--he had to call over to the"parent" hotel a couple of miles away. The rooms are upstairsand separate from the bar.

Review 32：I made a mistake with the location when choosing the accommodation as Ididn't realise how far it was from the castle I wanted to visit. Thelocation is quite inaccessible unless you specifically want to staythere. The hotel staff was extremely helpful when I phoned indesperation as I had no idea where we were (Ritten is a region, not aplace!) as it was late and rebooked us to another apartment block nearto the main hotel.
