Review 1：First night we did not get the exact room we booked with sea view because it was occupied, but after second night we could change room so it was Ok.

Review 4：Very kind owner. Tranquil place on a beautiful location with a nice view. We got two rooms with an inner balcony and small kitchen. Excellent during the day, because there is always shadow. Myrtos is picturesque small village. Beach is a couple of minutes walk from the villa. If you prefer quiet beach with few people, Tertsa is just 5km away to the west. If I ever come to Crete again I would probably stay here again.
Review 5：Unavailable and unhelpful staff. Smallest balcony ever with a view to the back of the neighbouring building. Claustrophobic. Poor sound insulation. Impossible to sleep after 7.30 due to families checking out and loud conversations in the basement patio. Overall worst hotel of a 12 day road trip

Review 13：Some studios don't have a separate kitchen and fridge. There is a poorly equipped share kitchen. The fridge is not big enough for so many people. Not enough cutlery and bowls. Narrow poorly lit staircase to the upper floors. The reception is closed in the afternoon and evening and there is nobody there to ask about the rooms etc.
Review 14：Friendly and helpful receptionist. Beautiful sea view from the balconies and the roof top. Totally relaxed atmosphere. No noise except from some construction work somewhere down the road. Quiet evenings.
Review 15：- no one was available on arrival. had to call two different mobile no. on own costs in order to get someone responsible for checking-in - all doors and windows in the house made noise at night (windy as it's at the coastal side) - door to the balcony couldn't be closed properly and opened suddenly at night several times - door to the bathroom couldn't be closed as door knob was broken (there was none!) - floor hadn't been cleaned before arrival - no warm water for shower - trash bin for toilet paper defect. had to be opened by hand (disgusting!) - all points were discussed with the owner but she didn't acknowledge her fault at all

Review 17：It's far from the Heraclion airport ( 2 hours by the main road, or a bit more than 1 hour by a mountain road)
Review 18：Very hospitable hostess; cozy room with a small kitchen and shower room, air conditioning, balcony with the sea view. Myrtos itself, a very nice picturesque village with minimarkets, is situated on the seaside along which there are some hotels and apartments for rent. Villa Mare is one of them.
Review 19：Should have some indication about the very steep hill location, it's definitely not suited for people with walking difficulties.
