Review 1：1. The rooms are not well maintained - the door of the bathroom could not be closed in our room! There were also some defects which didn't bother us much but makes a bad reputation for the maintenance worker. 2. The hotel is a bit far from anything.
Review 2：1. Very friendly and helpful staff. 2. The hotel has a shuttle service to the Dolomites bus station which was very helpful (but we were not aware of when we arrived and could save us time). 3. Very good dinner is suggested by an addition of only 12Euros.

Review 8：Our room was in a building across the road which was ok but we were on the 3rd floor, with no lift! Request a room in main building which has a lift and the restaurant, bar, etc.
Review 9：The location is superb for access to many ski resorts. With a hire car you can reach many of the resorts in 20 to 30 minutes. The food was good and the staff really friendly. The Falzarego Pass is 5 minutes up the road to ski the Hidden Valley. The hotel is clean and warm and in a lovely setting. A good value for money hotel.Choose half board and you won't be disappointed.
